to be honest I did not hold out too much hope for my carpet to get cleaned considering i had puppy urine and poop,as well as teriyaki sauce, but i was amazed to see the carpet completely cleaned like new. We were scheduled for the second appointment of the day but due to an unforeseen situation with the first appointment we did not see a technician until appx. 2 pm. Although I understand the fact that Zerorez did not know that this client would have hours of work to do it was unfortunate that it put us so late in the day getting our carpets cleaned when I had specifically asked for an EARLY appointment time when I scheduled my appointment. I wanted the carpets to be able to dry significantly before we all came home from work that evening. As it was they were still very wet and were not dry until the next evening when we came home. Even then there was one spot in our living room that was still soaking wet that we had to hand dry as much as possible and then put a fan on the area.

Your service people are cheerful, appropriate, and professional. They provided exactly the services we needed, in good time and with professionalism.

Please fix your email reservation system and your phone system. Can never get through when I call. Stay on hold for 10 minutes and then go to a voice mail. On the reservation system, you aren't really making a reservation. It's just a way to get a call back from your appointment makers, who apparently don't have any clue that you already chose three days and times for your preference.

That it leaves no residue, dries quickly, and the technician was great.

The technician was very courteous and very thorough in we asked him to do. The carpets and chairs dried by the end of the day and we were able to put the house back together before we went to bed. He also got two different spots out I could not get up. One of them being blood. The carpets are soft and not stiff from chemicals.

no residue that attracts dirt

Service tech was awesome but I was charged twice for the cleaning and as a branch manger of a major credit union it kind of makes me question if I should refer without the worry that my clients will be double charged

Now that the carpets are dry it looks like the carpets were not even cleaned including spots that are really visible and spots that were left crunchy as if unclean. Disappointing.
