After the eviction and we finally got into the house, the carpet was so bad I told my wife, Ellen to ask the Zerorez tech if it could be saved, or if we should just pay the cancellation fee and rip the carpet out. When I arrived after work that night I couldn't believe what I saw. The carpet looked almost new again. I use Zerorez all the time in my rental business, and I recommend them to others regularly
