I think this is the 2nd time you people have requested this survey. did not the 1st one stick?

It was able to got my tile clean. Their was a few spots that didn't come as clean.but the most part it was great

We needed an appointment on a day when the doctor wouldn't be here and when the time was available for the carpet to dry before patients returned. We called weeks in advance to get a time scheduled for one of the only days that would work for us. It was a retreatment of an area which would have taken 10 minutes max. After we had made arrangements for staff to be here, and after we had confirmed with Zerorez that we would be here for them, they called us same day and cancelled ON US! When we asked why they were cancelling, Zerorez scheduling reps first hemmed and hawed, and then gave us some excuses of technicians cancelling and blah blah blah. Our appointment was, like I said, not a huge project, but time sensitive for us. We literally could have been squeezed between appointments. To reschedule, we rearranged our schedule to fit you in, inconvenienced our patients and our staff just to finally get this done. Yes, we are grateful that the retreatment of the spot was under warranty, and that your scheduling reps were able to find a quick appointment spot. The technician that came tho? Kinda rude. Did his job though and was in and out. My main frustration is that it is not OUR problem that YOUR technicians didn't show up, Its YOURs. A more accommodating solution could have been presented, but it wasn't. And now it is YOUR problem trying to retain an otherwise satisfied customer, who is now mildly impressed with your company. Its a 50/50 chance our doctor will use your company again.

As a side note, I think it's super sketchy that you've made a new google business page so that all your past reviews are gone.

Good product and the service is great

I can't think of anything. The person that was here was very good. He had a lot of problems with a broken hose. That took him a lot longer. Not his fault.

Pleasant service technician. Carpets look great and dried quickly. Did an excellent job on the stairs.

I liked that it was quick and the technician did a good job. My tile looks fantastic.

My carpet is so soft!

I got the traffic areas done and in a couple places the areas are still there.

In the past I've felt our carpet really got clean with 99% of stains removed. After this cleaning I feel 99% of the stains are still in my carpet. I'm very disappointed in the cleaning. We've also had the carpet pulled out from try edges, showing the nails.

I have not had my house cleaned yet...but I will. We just were obtaining a bid and wanted input if parts of the carpet could be cleaned. I was impressed with the patience and time the Technician Andy Southwick had with ALL my many questions. Once, we complete the re-modeling, painting etc...We will have Zerorez take care of it and I hope to have Andy do the job.

We had a 3 ft by 2 ft area that the carpet cleaner cleaned and flash extracted. Well he dumped 6 gallons there and it leaked through to my basement and ruined the carpet, insulation and warped and water damaged my wood working table that was in that room. Lucky for us our cling was not finished or it would have been ruined as well

The carpets get clean and you provide a followup spot removal visit. Your people are very courteous and professional.

Isaias was very courteous and knowledgeable with his work, the carpet came out very nice and it was an efficient and professional job. I had certain expectations, based on previous experiences (not with Zerorez) and I have to say that my expectations were exceeded, both in the finished work and in Isaias' professionalism. From the phone call to the service techs that cleaned the carpets everyone was amazing! Very professional and polite. And the carpets look amazing!

The technician did a good job. He explained things very well and I felt like he worked hard accommodating my requests. But there were several areas on the carpet that did not come clean. We had a dark wear area in one room that he said would never come any cleaner. We had our previous carpet cleaning company come out and take a look at it and they recleaned it and a significant amount of dirt came out of the area. So it made us feel like there would be a good portion of the other carpet in the home that would experience the same thing. I am no longer satisfied that your cleaning process is thorough enough to get my carpets clean. I know that you state that your cleaning process doesn't leave any residue in the carpet so therefore, I am thinking that it is just not strong enough of a cleaning process to get carpets really clean. In addition, I paid a significant amount of money to treat some areas of the carpet that our pet has soiled. I felt that it was a great deal of money that would be common in a home with a pet. We have used a company in the past that has not charged near that amount to treat such areas. So no, I will not be using your company again. Sorry

I like the process of no chemicals and sucking the water back out

When the carpet is clean it makes the whole house look clean. I will probably need that spot cleaning , when I quallify, in May or June.

Service tech was nice and seemed knowledgeable.

All technicians are friendly and helpful and do a good job. The carpets dry quickly and are soft to touch. Company easy to deal with and make appointments. Technician always calls to let me know when he's on the way.

The gentleman who cleaned my vents was prompt, went right to work and did a wonderful job. I am amazed about how much difference it has made with the lack of dust on my furniture when the heat comes on. Hopefully my sneezing will continue to improve.

Your technician was able to resurrect our carpet. We were thinking our only option was replacement Zerorez bought us another couple of years

Your technicians are thorough, friendly and experienced. I especially like Isaiah (sic). He always does a great job. The carpets look great - much better than the other company my daughter recently hired.
