My carpets still smell bad and there's a lot of dog hair left i paid a total of $568 almost $600 should've gotten good service!
The pricing wasn't the same as what I had been told over the phone (100 sf areas interested of 200). Plus I was told previously that my technician could change what areas I wanted cleaned when he came (a hallway vs a room) as long as it met the $100 minimum, but he was unable to make those changes in his phone. For these reasons, it was not the seamless process I'd hoped. I fully expect to get that Boondocks gift card in the mail soon, otherwise choosing your company seems only mediocre in satisfaction.
Your tec. got the job done. He was friendly and hard working. Most of our stains were removed. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. I have recommended your business already.

Fix computer system to be able to merge accounts together and delete old information and be able to add new info where necessary.

Techs were friendly no problem with them, they did ask me to give them a 10 for their service. Which I thought odd. I paid too much! I scheduled my appointment online, filled out your form and thought it was a good price so I booked it.
The technicians after they started one went over the price with me.. Ouch..... Way too much, not even close to the online bed. What was I suppose to do at this point? He did review it and "gave" me $75 off. A lot of extra uneccessary add -ons that I feel should be included in your price. Flash Cleaning, Pet ordor removal, the black light trick etc. As I've thought about it after the techs left why is pet ordor removal extra, etc.? If I wouldn't have paid the extras, would a black light still shown illuminated spots? If so what is the point of carpet cleaning? I actually feel as though I was ripped off by a "used car salesman". You defineatly used the "bait and switch" on me. I would Never recommed your company to my neighbors and friends. I am the one in the neighborhood who is verbal and will tell my neighbors do not use Zerorez!!
In fact I would like a full refund. My carpets don't look that great and I am very dissapointed and overall felt like I was bullied by your sales techniques!

Didn't really clean like I was hoping. Our carpets are pretty bad, and looked good for a day or two, then they now look about the same as before. Also e had Kerry come do a demonstration last night and I was amazed at the amount of dirt still in the carpet.

I liked the guy who cleaned by carpets He took great pride in his work and made me feel like he was really trying to please me and to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. He showed me the process which was impressive, and then had me check his work every so often to make sure I was please. My carpets cleaned up nicely and I am very happy with them. I will definitely use Zerorez again!!
