The service scheduling and performance from start to finish is excellent
I asked for a certain technician and a different one was sent. I'm sure it was cleared by my daughter since for some reason you have her phone on file.
He did a good job, but was not who I expected . I had air ducts cleaned and not. all of the cold air returns were put on tight. tight!
The dry time of the carpet is quick, and it looks very clean after the job done
Your employee was very nice, but he forgot to put up the corner guards and rubbed off paint on several wall corners. They aren't small!!!! They rub up about a foot high. Very disappointed!
My carpets have never looked cleaner. The young man who cleaned our carpets, (Juan) was professional, friendly and honest!
He also did an amazing job on our tile floors and shower. I was worried that my carpets would be wet for a day or two but they
dried quickly and without that stiff carpet feel. I would recommend Xerorex a thousand times over! My carpets look like new and my tile floors do to!!!
When I called to check pricing and make an appointment, I assume I was given carpet cleaning pricing and not tile/grout cleaning price. So my estimated charge was 120.00 and when the work was done on my tile, it was 400.00. I was shocked to say the least. I told the receptionist at least twice I was looking for tile and grout cleaning. Also, there are two grease marks on my porch where his equipment was. I'm not happy about that.
The carpet guy was personable and professional. The carpets came out nice and clean.
The products they use have no smell. The tech was late but friendly and knowable and did a great job.

Timely, estimate didn't change, worked hard to get grout clean, technician communicated with me throughout the process explaining what he was doing.
The tech that came out was nice and professional. My wife and I were very disappointed in the tile cleaning as it seemed not clean at all after drying and the tech had left. In fact my wife had to re-clean the tile has we had family coming into town for the holiday. We also were unimpressed with how the carpet looked after cleaning. After spending $300 plus dollars on a job I was expecting the tile and carpet to at the very least look different and cleaner and not having to redo the tile. We try very hard to keep a clean home and maybe that makes a difference but I was very disappointed and will not be using Zerorez again or recommending them to anybody as well.
I appreciated the professionalism of the Zerorez customer service team. Each time that I spoke with someone on the phone, they were courteous, respectful, and very accommodating to my questions and situation. The technician who came to my home (Jimmie) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of the questions we had regarding our carpet cleaning.

Your tech was nice and helpful, he got the spots in the carpet out and they came out looking great. If I thought he could of got ton the stains out downstairs that you cleaned before I would of had that done again, but I guess I will have to replace it.
