Now that the carpets are dry it looks like the carpets were not even cleaned including spots that are really visible and spots that were left crunchy as if unclean. Disappointing.
Stairs were left VERY wet. Took two days to dry. Also a big spot which I didn't.t notice when when showed up and is crusty. Cleaning mist have brought it up. Will purchase a carpet spot cleaner and work it out. I was surprised at the cost. Guess I didn't read the fine print..$150 on room clean,, not stairs, etc. I will know to ask more questions. Alex was very personable. I questioned the short time spent on rooms spraying the Protestant..said it would spread with raking in?

The Technician, David Alred, was very professional and worked very hard. However, the carpets on both sets of stairs and the landing were very wet and I had to set up fans the next to get them dry. When these areas finally dried, they were a little "crunchy" and I felt I needed to vacumn all areas that were cleaned again to take care of this problem.
you don't use harsh chemicals or foam that leaves a residue
Your technician came out and worked hard to clean our steps again sop they did not show any dark streaks in the carpet.

I was impressed that a thorough examination was made of my carpets I wanted cleaned. Recommendations and the cost were discussed up front. The service man was efficient and did a beautiful job and I was so impressed as to how quickly the job was done. My daughter recommended Zeroez to me and I will surely recommend your services to others. I am very pleased. I meant to ask the service man how to deal with pet accidents should there be any in the future as he had mentioned there were better ways to handle these problems than the solutions used prior to the cleaning.

Service tech was awesome but I was charged twice for the cleaning and as a branch manger of a major credit union it kind of makes me question if I should refer without the worry that my clients will be double charged
