We always use Zerorez and refer them to anyone looking for carpet or upholstery cleaning.
Basically I think David did a good job for me. I want him to come back to steam garage my tiled garage as soon as I am sure it is not going to snow!

yes we do but when he came to clean the spots he did not put the stain guard back on.

I thought we qualified for a $25 boondocks gift card. The person who cleaned our carpets ran out of them and said that we would get one in the mail. Still has not showed up in the mail!
I am giving you a zero because this is the second feedback request I have gotten.The first one I sent back was a little less negative.
PET TREATMENTS
I like the process used to clean. I really like the Isaias, who was the first one to clean our carpets and we request him every time. Joseph came with him this time and he was awesome too. Very nice fellows and they did a very nice job. Amanda was great to work with when we set up the appointment and it was confirmed the Saturday before Isaias and Joseph came.
One problem. They were scheduled to come in the am and did not come until almost 5pm. We had waited all day and I had to miss an important appointment that evening. That appointment could not be rescheduled.
Wendy, my previous technician was wonderful!!! I requested her this time, but found she no longer worked for you. The technician that came this time was not very helpful, SOAKED my carpets in order to get out pet stains and odors, and my stairs will still REALLY wet 24 hours later. He left wet spots with a film all over my wood floors. Very disappointed.
Everything from the time I scheduled the appointment until the job was completed was done in a professional and timely way. Dean, the man who did the work was very nice and accomplished everything that we asked. We are pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

The results! My old carpet looks better than it had in years. Also no chemicals. I'm sensitive to chemicals and had no trouble at all with this carpet cleaning experience.
Technician was on time and friendly. I had no concerns with allowing him into my home. I liked the calls during the day of service to let me know when the technician would be arriving so I didn't have to be at the house all day waiting.
Great service, no chemicals, getting out the worst spots and being pleasant in service. We were very pleased with the experience.
Prompt and courteous service. The truck was much more quiet than other brands in the neighborhood. The clean water was very effective in removing the old dusting powder I used for years of self cleaning. In my opinion Zerores isthre best way to clean my carpets, and I will continue to use only them in the future!

Monitor the scheduled service time frame and when they are delayed, notify the customer. Our scheduled service was to be between 8am and noon, and they arrived at 1:20pm. I had to call the office to find out what was happening.
The technician arrived 2 1/2 hours after we were told to expect him. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. I had to leave for an appointment and my husband stayed till he was finished. He told my husband that the carpets in the halls were too old and worn to clean up nicely. (The carpets are high quality and are only 3 years old.) This morning when I saw the results I was shocked. I spent some time with my can of "Resolve" removing the spots and stains that were still present - so that I could have the carpets somewhat presentable to my guests coming tonight. Not at all an acceptable job!
