I've always used Zerorez, even before you changed your name. My carpets stay clean longer and don't seem to attract stains. I always recommend Zerorez!
Your technicians are very friendly and do a good job. You are willing to have them return to correct any deficiencies.
I had to have Chris come back because part of the carpet area just didn't come as clean as I felt it should. It was obvious, he really didn't want to. I think if a customer feels something wasn't done as well as it could have been, the tech should want to make the customer really feel like they want to make it right. That's hard for a "laborer" to do when there's no compensation. Chris was great except for that and I will request him for all my other work. After he gave it another shot at the carpet, I am satisfied that nothing else could be done to make it any better. But it was having him hit it again that made me feel that way, NOT that he hadn't done it right to begin with. I think you should compensate your employees at least when they have a redo unless it is obvious that they just didn't do it right.
I like that you use structured water with a high pH. There is no residue in the carpet and it stays cleaner longer.
I was especially impressed with the service man that did the work. Very professional and used the corner savers so the hose would not mess up the wood trim.

The technician was very nice. He even did my worst room twice, but I was not happy with the cleaning. I had to rent a rug doctor later that day, and I pulled up a ton of dirt and grime after the cleaning. I have been happy with chem dry before. Maybe the difference is that their cleaning actually scrubs the fibers to release the dirt. After your technician left, I rubbed a white cloth over the top of my dirtiest areas, and the cloth became very dirty. It is one thing to not be able to lift stains that I can't get myself, but another, when I am able to lift dirt with just a cloth after the cleaning.
You do what you promise. Appointments available quickly. Respectful, knowledgable technicians. Good customer service.
No chemicals, steam kills dust mites. I can feel confident that my floors are sanitized.

Rescheduling towards evening little difficult, but realize could not be avoided--little problem in setting up cleaning areas and price with serviceman, but he did a great job of all areas and extras even--all areas cleaned very well and dried well overnite.

The technicians are clean and efficient and able to solve problems and answer questions. The process leaves my carpets clean and looking like new. The house smells great. Drying times are reasonable. I will always choose Zerorez to clean my carpets and furniture.
