I like that there is no chemical smell and the service man was great.
No residue. Hopefully our carpet and furniture will stay cleaner longer. The service man was very good to explain how your process works, and was here right when he said he would be.

We did have two postponements due to equipment malfunction.

The guy that came to clean our carpets was good to ask questions and to see if I was happy with thy way the rooms looked which they did turn out great. He did miss a spot right by the kitchen floor which still looks dirty. I was also told that he would put something under the furniture legs which wasn't done.
I really like how Stanley Steamer has 2 guys come and one cleans while the other one moves furniture and then moves it back with protection under the legs as part of their service not included in the price.
The floors look excellent and the two workers were very pleasant and respectful. However, the same day the work was done I heard a radio commercial offering a $25.00 gift card for using the service. The Zerorez employees didn't offer us any gift card.
I felt that the carpets were well cleaned and that it dried quickly.
You just feel the cleanliness of the carpet!

Isaias did the most TERRIFIC job. He took proper care to assure that my car was cleaned properly. He was very detailed and through. He was meticulous but very efficient. It dried very quickly and surprised how clean it came. I highly recommend Zerorez to all of my friends and family.
Wish I could remember the name of the young man who did the work....he was great, really personable and a hard worker. My carpet looks/smells/is so clean, it's really wonderful.

It did a great job cleaning my carpets! The Tech's did a great job explaining the products and procedure, I will be having Zerorez clean my carpets from now on.
I did think the price was high, something I will only be able to afford once a year.
This past experience on Wednesday, March 18 was very negative with Zerorez. Your complete disregard for the schedule of my business, my elderly residents, and my time is very disturbing. In short, I hope my scheduled experience with Zerorez on Wednesday, March 25 is much more positive. Let it be known that the efforts and skills of your technician, Isaias Melchor were outstanding as usual.

How on time you were how friendly our cleaner was and how beautiful our carpets look.
We heard of Zerorez through a friend, and after seeing how his carpets came out we knew there would not be any shopping around because in today's world, you pay for quality, and that's what matters! We have just purchased a home, where I believe, they never owned a vacuum. After Zeroz came out, I can walk on the carpets barefooted and play with my dog without worrying about the nasty germs and organisms that had made the carpets they're home. The carpets were pretty much black before and now they are back to their natural color; smelling fresh and clean. It has been a few days now and there are no funky orders, and the cleanliness is by far astounding. Wish I could post before and after pics!! Thank you Zerorez!
