Product does well--carpets look very bright and clean. Serviceman was very efficient and friendly. I am always well pleased with the work that is done.

I was called on Saturday to tell me that I was going to get a phone call at 9:30am to be told what time your company was going to show up. I had to call to find that out. When I was finally told they said it would be 11:30 to Noon. When the guy finally came it was after 2:00PM. It was frustrating. The guy who came though was very nice and did a great job.

I like that when they clean a spot, it doesn't reappear in a week or two. I have been very happy with the service. I my tech was very kind.

Our technician, Eldon, was thorough and knowledgeable about the services provided (carpet cleaning and vent/duct cleaning). He was also pleasant and professional to work with.

I like that there is no residue from chemicals left in the carpet. I have also had great service every time we have you come!! It doesn't matter how awful I "think" my carpets are, both Jarom and now Alex have made them look amazing!!

I appreciate the representatives that actually do the work. Fernando was pleasant, answered my questions with patience and was professional. He was concerned that I was pleased and asked me if there were any areas I needed to have looked at again. I was very pleased with the overall cleaning and how quickly he was able to get the work done. At the time, the couch had not dried, and so I missed seeing an area that didn't look clean until after the fabric had dried. Your company was good to send someone out to take care of that and I appreciated having that done in a timely manner. This is NOT a complaint against the rep, just that it got missed and was taken care of. Thanks.

No sticky residue after cleaning; the carpets looked brand new when the tech was done.

I was disappointed in the service techs attitude at the beginning. The job was harder than the average job as our tile had not been cleaned in a very long time and I think he was frustrated. He did make it right at the end. He came and apologized about his bad attitude and ended up coming back early the next morning to hit it again with a different chemical. I will continue to us Zerorez and recommend you due to his willingness to come in and apologize and make it right!

I like that the guys that come here are kind and explain everything to you. I like how my carpets look so much better when they're done. And I think the prices are reasonable. However, I have not recieved my Provo Beach gift card yet. It was part of the promotional deal.

Serviceman came on time exactly as scheduled; he was clean-cut & spoke professionally; it took him the amount of time we were told it would take. Very pleased. The carpets did take longer to dry than we were told but that was not a problem. Sorry that we don't want our name shared publicly. It would cause us to be telephoned or emailed by many more promoters of other businesses. We will promote Zerorez with our own acquaintances. Thanks

We thought that Juan was very thorough and explained what he was doing, but he did tell us he was going to shut off the lights downstairs and he didn't. So, we felt we had to leave them on all day because we were told not to get on the carpet. He also closed some doors to bedrooms which he said he would leave them open. Also, there were spots last night (1 1/2 days) that weren't dry (stairs and in 1 bedroom)

Very thorough with attention to detail.

I didn't notice as big of a difference in the carpet and the tile grout as I had hoped. Some of the grout is still dark.

I especially appreciated your technician - David - for his explanation of the process and its advantages and how carefully and completely he attended to every step of the job. This is our first experience with Zerorez and we are very satisfied with this new way of carpet cleaning - especially that the carpet wasn't stretched and standing in "waves."

Use a rake afterwards to pull up the nap more.

I don't have much call to recommend, but the cleaning is very good and it seems to last well.
I do think that you are on the expensive side. Thank goodness for specials!
