Your technician was very friendly and courteous. He explained the process step by step and showed me what the results were along the way. I really like the fact that you do not use soap. In the past when I have had carpets cleaned I have noticed the soapy feeling on my feet after the carpets have been cleaned. No soapy residue feeling on my feet. The technician also explained to me how to vacuum my carpets so that I can get better results from my vacuuming efforts, he also told me how to have my 4 boys and all their friends go up and down the stairs so not to wear out the carpet as quickly on the edges of the stairs. That is my opinion was fantastic customer service. Thank you Zerorez for taking care of your customers!

Technicians are clean, kind and polite. Technician comes at appointed time.
You quoted me a price that included treatment of my air ducts. Then while the technician was cleaning the air ducts he said he should treat them with antisceptic. Afterwords he charged me an extra $100 for the treatment. Are you kidding me? $100 extra for some spray when I was told the service included treatment. I was also told that I would be able to see the ducts on camera. This didn't happen. I could have got the carpets clean for a lot less, and also the air ducts and had no proof that this service was better. I was also up sold a service I thought I was suppose to get with my original quote. I was not told about the extra $100 until after the job was done. I am on disability income of only $1131 per month. My mortgage is 1,056 per month. I rent out two rooms to try and make ends meet. You charged me $372 instead of $272 and I could have had the job done by another company for less than half what you charged me. Now I cannot pay my utility bills for this month. The technician said he would request a refund but I have not heard anything from Zerorea. Booooooo!
Great technicians. They really helped get rid of the odor. It still has a faint smell but is much better.

Chris is the greatest representative Zerorez has. He is a professional the minute he begins the cleanup operation but before he begins he makes you feel he is your friend and has come to serve you in your home. We appreciate the excellent service we received. Chris worked very hard, went the extra mile to make our home clean and better.

I like that there is no residue. The agent who cleaned our carpet and tile was very professional and did a very good job. He also told me that we could have a percentage off services, that's when I decided to have the tile cleaned. We have used Zerorez for years, and love it. We will be moving to Texas and I wish you were there also.
I was so impressed with every aspect of my cleaning. I was kept up to date as to the arrival of the technician, he was so friendly and did an absolutely beautiful job! I was actually waiting until it dried for the spots to show back up as they always have, but this time they did not! Love it and will be calling again soon to do my basement. Thank you ;)
We were told at the home show, stairs were $3/stair. When the cleaner showed up I was notified that it was a flat $60. Kind of a big difference from $39 to $60. Also they had us scheduled for 4 rooms instead of 2 hallways, 2 rooms and 13 stairs. The stairs needed to be cleaned, but a $21 difference was a big deal. I also think you need to specify that a hallway is considered a 12' hallway. So we were charged for 3 hallways because one hallway was longer. These rooms needed to be cleaned, and after moving everything I couldn't just change my mind but to pay an extra $50 because "things have changed", is ridiculous! I'll let others know that charges we're told at home shows actually aren't true charges. I am a social media guru and will let others know that our carpets do look great, but they need to make sure they have quotes written down, so they're not charged more than what they thought.
