My carpet looks GREAT after it's been cleaned! For many years I used a competitor cleaning company for my carpet cleaning, but I am much more satisfied with Zerorez - I'm now a 100% believer.

The carpets get cleaner and stay cleaner longer as there is no residue left in them to attract the dirt. They do need to find a better sealer for slate floors as the one they used left my floors blotchy looking.

Dean was a great technician who worked hard and conscientiously. He was most concerned about doing a great job and he did. He was also willing to maximize our bang for the buck as we were able to negotiate a plan that worked well for our unique needs.
I appreciate the efficient manner your cleaners were in, got it done and were on their way. They didn't continue to try to sell me services after I told them what services I needed. I don't like it when carpet cleaners get pushy to sell services. The carpets looked great. Thank you!

Your demonstration on "empowered water" didn't really make sense to us. We did appreciate your technicians. They worked hard and were very thorough.
The carpets are clean and smell so nice! The tech did a VERY thorough job and was friendly and polite. I love that it is not soapy and that the carpets were not soaking wet.

I love everything about Zerorez! I love that I don't have to worry about harsh chemicals in my carpet keeping me and my family safe. It is convenient how quick the carpets dry and I was beyond impressed by your staff!, especially the worker that cleaned my carpets. He was very kind, professional and friendly. I like the way my carpets look,smell and feel after they are cleaned with Zerorez. They are really CLEAN! The Empowered Water is so much better than chemicals or soaps. THANK YOU!
Well it all went wrong, carpets aren't much cleaner than when you started, I completely wasted the money on the stairs, the carpets were soaked and took a day to dry with fans and windows open, dirty water was left on the floors, Pricing was not clearly represented. Email offer and person making the appointment mentioned nothing about 100% up charge for stairs, even though we spoke specifically about stairs being including in the job. It was a bad experience, one that I intend to share, it was the exact opposite experience that you advertise that you deliver.
He was on time and very professional! He did a great job!
The technicians made a one inch dent about 1/4 inch deep about the size of a quarter in the wall by my stairs as they were cleaning them. They made no mention of the incident to me. I don't know how they could have not noticed the event. I will repair it, but I think I deserve some kind of remuneration for the damage done. Otherwise I was pleased, and I have been pleased with previous service.
The carpets look great. Your service technicians have always gone above what was asked in someway. I always appreciate good service.
Improve the scheduling process, and call back or respond to internet scheduling faster. I shouldn't have to wait for 24 hours for a response, nor should I have to adjust to your time schedule when I schedule weeks in advance.

Your technicians always calling before reaching my home and are always very considerate and much wanting to make sure everything is done to my liking. I have been a customer for several years and would not have anyone else clean my carpets and tile. My daughters use zerorez and they love it too.
