Our technicians were super nice and generally did a good job. However, in my family room, the traffic pattern is now striped--there are evenly spaced thin stripes where the carpet is really clean, with large stripes of grayish carpet in between, like where the pre-treatment or even the actual cleaning wand slightly overlapped, it got actually clean, with the rest of it just getting a little clean. So if they had spent a little more time, I'm sure they could have gotten all of it really clean. Of course, for me, re-cleaning that room and doing whatever it was that got the thin stripes really clean would make it right. I don't know if you guys do that, though.

It would be nice to have a cost sheet of your add on services emailed to me at the time I make the appointment. It's frustrating to think I'm spending one thing and then spend more. I also may have been willing to have a bit more services done if I'd known beforehand because I'd budgeted a certain amount. I could have budgeted more if I'd know all your services, what they can do for my home, and how much.

I was suppose to receive two hours of maid service and never got it mailed to me so that was not true .still have stains on new carpet. Not a happy customer.

We received phone calls the day of the service letting us know that our tec would arrive sooner than scheduled. He also called when he was about ten minutes away. Once at our home he did a complete and excellent job. He cleaned up everything very well before leaving. Your service people have always been polite, offering additional services, but never presenting hard sells.

I was charged more than double the price of my esitmate and the things that were added on were done so without any communication of the increase in cost. This was the first time I've used Zerorez and I was diappointed with the surprise in the increased cost. The product may be good, but I will likely not use Zerorez and will not give good feedback to my friends and family about my experience. I was also told that with my order I would receive 2 hours of housecleaning and nothing was provided. Overall, my carpets look good, but given the doubled price and not providing me with the housecleaning, I will look elsewhere for carpet cleaning in the future.

Some of the traffic areas didn't come as clean as I hoped, but maybe they're as good as they can get.

I first used you guys on April 15th for tile and grout cleaning. I was very unhappy with the results. You guys set up a new appointment to have it looked at and possibly redone. They came last Friday May 1st, the man said it will be hard to get it to come any cleaner because it has already been sealed. He took pictures of the grout. I also had damage done to my grout as well as it not getting clean. The grout in many places are cracked and pieces were missing and found on the floor when he was done the first time. The second guy who came took pictures of the damage and still black grout and sent them to his manager. I was then told I would hear from him in a couple of days. I still have yet to hear from anyone. I am not pleased with the customer service that I have received. I feel like my floor is in worse condition after I had your company come. I feel like it should be made right, I would like a refund of what I paid , so that I can pay to get my grout fixed.

Results are very good considering the age of my carpet and heavy use traffic areas.
