I like that there is no residue. The agent who cleaned our carpet and tile was very professional and did a very good job. He also told me that we could have a percentage off services, that's when I decided to have the tile cleaned. We have used Zerorez for years, and love it. We will be moving to Texas and I wish you were there also.
I was so impressed with every aspect of my cleaning. I was kept up to date as to the arrival of the technician, he was so friendly and did an absolutely beautiful job! I was actually waiting until it dried for the spots to show back up as they always have, but this time they did not! Love it and will be calling again soon to do my basement. Thank you ;)
We were told at the home show, stairs were $3/stair. When the cleaner showed up I was notified that it was a flat $60. Kind of a big difference from $39 to $60. Also they had us scheduled for 4 rooms instead of 2 hallways, 2 rooms and 13 stairs. The stairs needed to be cleaned, but a $21 difference was a big deal. I also think you need to specify that a hallway is considered a 12' hallway. So we were charged for 3 hallways because one hallway was longer. These rooms needed to be cleaned, and after moving everything I couldn't just change my mind but to pay an extra $50 because "things have changed", is ridiculous! I'll let others know that charges we're told at home shows actually aren't true charges. I am a social media guru and will let others know that our carpets do look great, but they need to make sure they have quotes written down, so they're not charged more than what they thought.
the carpet was dry fast and there was no soap residue
The professionalism of your staff, Juan was great! We like how there is not a chemical residue on the carpet. The flash extraction was very successful in getting our pet stain and smell out of the carpet.

The carpet was left really wet and the technician set down a canister on the wet carpet that left a stained ring. Not pleased.
It took much longer to dry than I anticipated. The house was musty smelling for several days...likely due to cold rainy weather. Next time I guess I'll ask to delay until warmer weather is in the forecast. Very clean though. Pricing was fair too.

The technicians did a wonderful and efficient job. Or carpets looked awesome when they finished. He got out some pretty serious strains.
I hit the email confirming my spot and that I would be called within 2 days of my service. I never got the call prior and had to call on 2 different occasions to find out when they were coming. Once here the service was nice and quick.

Only one issue - I was told the technician would have the $200 gift card for house keeping with him. He did not have it. I was told it will be mailed to me but have not received it yet. Other than that, the technician was great!
