A lot depends on the technician. This last time Sam came out and he was very conscientious. My tile has never been cleaned better!

I appreciate your worker coming back and cleaning the dirtiest spots again. He didn't think it would do any good but I think they look better. He explained to me why the spots are hard to get clean and gave me advice on how they can stay cleaner. I appreciated his explaining these things to me. My carpet is getting old and is getting harder to clean. You probably cleaned it as well as it can be cleaned.

One thing I don't like is the minimum charge to go to Span Fork. 3 small rooms for $150 instead of 33 each that you advertize on your specials. Think the $150 should
include the protectant because we were already paying $50 more to have carpets cleaned.

The carpets are amazingly clean. The tech was very professional, and on time.
There were areas that were really wet that were not in high traffic or stained areas that we were surprised to find. We had to put fans on those areas. He came around 8:30 and they were dry by bedtime, longer than we expected.
Sorry, I didn't respond sooner, life is hectic! But they did an awesome job and we are very pleased!

Other than refunding my money, I'm not sure there is much you can do to make things right. The overall carpet cleaning was okay, but my tile does not look much better than before. My biggest frustration is that I have two brown spots on my carpet that were not there before you cleaned my carpet the first time. You sent a second technician to try to fix the spots and re-do the tile, but he was unsuccessful in either task (although he tried very hard and was very nice). To make matters worse, one of the hoses ended up scraping some paint off a corner of my wall (the technician tried to use the corner guards, but the hose ended up getting inside the guard). I showed the technician and he agreed that it was his fault. I feel like my house is in worse shape than it was before. I was willing to give you guys a try, but I will definitely not recommend your company to anyone. Again, the second technician was very polite and tried hard, but maybe your cleaning technology just isn't that great.

I was very happy with the tile cleaning. I had the coupon for 100 free feet of tile cleaning. My tile looks like new!
