What could we do to improve?

I don't think there's much you could do to improve. I just think the price was a bit high ( especially when I had the extra stuff put on the couch ) and the urine smell seems just as strong, once it dried. It's more of a cat issue. The service guy was great though.

We saw some spots that he missed. Also, the spots by the top of the stairs, that were really dark, have started to come thru again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was quoted one price when I made the appt. and was charged a higher price after the job was done. I was not given full credit for the coupons I received the last time I had cleaning done. I was very disappointed that it felt a bit like a bait and switch.

What do you like about our products and services?

Everything except the constant barrage of endings aftrr services have been provided. I have already completed four surveys indicating how pleased I am with the end result, I am not pleased with the emails and requests for survey completion.

Well honestly I just don't think my carpet looks much better if any better at all. Disappointed that it doesn't look like my carpets don't look bette after spending $400 on them.

Customer service was good also I like how you have an extra step and you guys actually have a brush that scrub the carpet I think that's a really important part of getting the carpet cleaned . I would definitely recommend you guys also I like the protector the only thing I would like is for you guys not to dilute the pet treatment as much .
