Fast and no resideue
When the original cleaning failed to get rid of a pet stain, you had no hesitation in sending a more experienced technician, Isaiah who did an excellent job and completely took care of the problems.
There was a communication error with your office staff. The tech did a fabulos job and was so concerned with everyting. When I called your office to discuss things with them, they acted as if they could care less that I was having a concern regarding my invoice. I talked to my neighbor about my frustration and she told me that she had a similar expreence with your office staff and payment. Therefore, I will NOT be giving Zerorez a positive recommendation to anyone, personal or business.
i like everything but the price
The only issue I had was I had an appointment set around noon. I got a call saying the technician was running late which was appreciated, and then another call saying he was about 45 minutes out. And hour and a half later I called to check where he was, and no one answered or returned my call. I called a few times and no one answered. That was frustrating since I had cleared my schedule and then got home only to wait much longer than was predicted. I appreciated the attempts to communicate and the calls to warn me when the technician was close, but wish the time frame was predicted with more accuracy. The actual cleaning of the carpet and tile was wonderful and the technician was nice, worked fast and was thurogh.
The carpet cleaned up very nicely. I particularly appreciated the tech. who keep checking if I was satisfied and went the extra mile.
The customer service was excellent from our very first phone call to the actual visit itself, and the carpets look great.
Zerorez let me determine the day and time that I wanted the carpets cleaned. Zerorez showed up on the day and the time that I needed. The carpets were clean and they looked great and feel great also. VERY NICE JOB!

I like how clean the carpet is without using cleaning solutions that ultimately collect dirt and make carpets dirtier in the long run.
I was very disappointed in the cost for the pet treatment, and expected better results. The pet treatment didn't help at all.
Your technicians were extremely thorough. They worked very hard to take care of the problems. There is still an area of my carpet that turned brown again but I could see that they had gone over it all very well and I don't feel there was any more I could expect. I am not sure what is going on with it but i do feel you went out of your way to take care of everything. Two of your fans are still needing to be picked up.

I like that the machines you use do a really excellent job getting the carpets clean. The technician was friendly and fast too.
2 years ago when you cleaned the same carpet, it turned out great. This time there were several spots that were still there after the cleaning. Be more observant in the cleaning of the sports pointed out to the cleaner.

Scheduling and following instructions were a disaster and the 1st guy that did our carpets didn't do all of the rooms he was supposed to.
However, when it was redone, the guy did a phenomenal job!

You dispatched him several hours later than my scheduled appointment I was very frustrated However my carpets have never been cleaner and he did an awesome job I will give your company another try only because of him
