What do you like about our products and services?

I have used Zerorez on several occasions we love the product no soap etc.We were especially impressed with the young man who came this time.He was so polite and worked extra hard on a difficult traffic area,he represents your company well if he is still with your company the next time we need carpet cleaned we'd like to have him take care of our needs.I think his name was Ryan Moon.

Your tech was nice and helpful, he got the spots in the carpet out and they came out looking great. If I thought he could of got ton the stains out downstairs that you cleaned before I would of had that done again, but I guess I will have to replace it.

Very nice worker boy and he was very helpful.
But! He told me he would E-mail me a receipt and he did not!!
Could I still get a receipt? I need it for reimbursement!

What could we do to improve?

I asked for a certain technician and a different one was sent. I'm sure it was cleared by my daughter since for some reason you have her phone on file.
He did a good job, but was not who I expected . I had air ducts cleaned and not. all of the cold air returns were put on tight. tight!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your employee was very nice, but he forgot to put up the corner guards and rubbed off paint on several wall corners. They aren't small!!!! They rub up about a foot high. Very disappointed!

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets have never looked cleaner. The young man who cleaned our carpets, (Juan) was professional, friendly and honest!
He also did an amazing job on our tile floors and shower. I was worried that my carpets would be wet for a day or two but they
dried quickly and without that stiff carpet feel. I would recommend Xerorex a thousand times over! My carpets look like new and my tile floors do to!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I called to check pricing and make an appointment, I assume I was given carpet cleaning pricing and not tile/grout cleaning price. So my estimated charge was 120.00 and when the work was done on my tile, it was 400.00. I was shocked to say the least. I told the receptionist at least twice I was looking for tile and grout cleaning. Also, there are two grease marks on my porch where his equipment was. I'm not happy about that.

My beautiful wool rugs were ruined and it appears that you claim to guarantee your work but I have found that is untrue.
