I feel the cleaner didn't take the time to properly clean the carpets. We've had Zerorez before and the carpets looked great. This time all the spots I wanted cleaned still are not clean.

I love how honest the workers are. I had one come out to check a stain on my mattress ans he gave me some product and told me to wash it myself. It worked! Therefore i was so happy with the honesty that i book again for more carpet areas in my home!! Very professional and quick!
My stairs ended up not being done well. I specifically talked to the associate about having a lot of dog hair on the (previous owner's dog) and that they needed extra attention. I didn't inspect the work close enough.
Also, the hot hose burned an area in my lawn where it was coiled, and also along a line going into the house. It should come back after a few weeks, but having the burned area is disappointing.
The work on the rest of the house was good, and I'm pleased that there isn't the chemical residue I've had with other carpet cleaners. It also dried fast, which I very much appreciated.

Services ended up being double the estimate and triple the amount we were charged a year ago. Hard not to feel ripped off.
Our technician was wonderful, friendly, and did a great job. My only complaint is that my 11am - 4pm window time. You showed up close to 6pm. Other than that thank you!

This was the first time I used Zerorez and I have sold the house in which was cleaned so I don't know the answer to your question. But your service technicians were very polite and informative. In my next home I will use Zerorez and be there long enough to evaluate the quality of the product.
Unlike other carpet cleaners, Zerorez left the carpet feeling like new again, not just clean.
I paid extra to have areas treat for pet urine but they still smell like pet urine. The tech is coming back out so hopefully that will do it the second time around.
You were able to get out the carpet stains and the technician was wonderful.
