After the carpet had dried, there are several spots that are still there. I was very disappointed. The serviceman did inform me there are some spots that they can't clean up.

Chris was an amazing tile cleaner. I would give him a 10+. After experiencing the disappointment of the first cleaning, I thought the floors were doomed to have stained, brown grout. Chris took the challenge and amazingly, the floors look just like KSL promised: brand new again. He spent the same amount of time redoing my floor as the preceding guy took cleaning the floor and five carpeted areas. (3 hours.) I highly recommend him.

I heard about Zerorez when I first moved to Utah in 1996. One of the owners at that time was on KSL and told about the products used. I have used your company all except one time and have been very satisfied.

My carpets look great and smell great
I paid $350 extra for the pet treatment on my carpet. The room smells like cleaner mixed with pee. The carpet smells worse than it did before. I feel like it was a huge waste of money and didn't fix the problem at all. The actual stain is gone but it now smells worse than ever. Definitely wouldn't do this again or recommend this to a friend to use.
