The serviceman was very kind and clearly explained the cleaning process. He seemed to take pride in his work. I would like him to come to my home the next time I use your service.

Initially I had a lot of wicking up which made the carpet look dirtier than it was to begin with so I called them back. Even after the second attempt it looked bad and so I got some Grocery Store "Resolve" and cleaned it myself. I spent $200.00 just so I could do it myself.

I've heard your commercials a lot on the radio, and based upon them, maybe had higher expectations than I should have. The carpet seems ok, but when the tile dried, there were a couple areas that weren't completely clean. There was clearly an emphasis on getting in and out of there quickly, which I understand is necessary to make money, but the customer shouldn't feel that this is the main objective. After the gentleman had everything loaded up and was ready to go, I learned that he hadn't cleaned any of the vertical tile in the bathroom, which I very much wanted done and was within the 100 sq. ft. of tile that I believed I was having done. He then explained that there is an additional cost for vertical tile, and it required a different tool. He said that he was going to tell me that, but got distracted with his boss calling him, so he forgot. I was also surprised that cleaning the stairs was twice the cost as cleaning a room, especially since it took less than half the time to do them as it did the rooms. It wasn't a terrible experience, and the technician was very nice, but I'll likely try a different company the next time I need this work done.

I liked the commitment to make sure I was satisfied. Coming out and re-cleaning the carpet showed excellent customer service.

Our tech was awesome! Besides being very pleasant and courteous, he tried to be a problem-solver. We have a reoccurring nightmare stain that returns about 3 weeks after a cleaning. When I explained the problem, he had a product no other tech has tried, as well as a machine I didn't recognize as being used before. I'm anxiously awaiting a month or so to see if it returns!! My fingers are crossed!

The carpets were instantly clean and dried quickly. They still look great today. The mess was minimal as well.

As I said previously, the service in a high rise did not measure up with the end result we received when we were in our home, with driveway access for the machines. The portable extractor left water on our hardwood and left the carpets soaking wet, causing me to wonder if the dirt was extracted if that much water was left.

You do a great job in cleaning our carpets and they feel clean and soft, when you are done! The technician worked hard and made the carpets look great!!!

I used you on a rental at 1565 a Evergreen Lane in Tuesday June 16and the experience was great! Jax and Antonio were awesome and the job went well. I spent a lot of money on that job so when I booked another job for 1253 e 200 south in Sat June 20 I expected the same good cleaning to be done. But it definitely was not!! Jimmy did not clean the shower walls as requested. I called him afterwards and told him that he did not do the walls! And I left a message for your company as well. Jimmy lied about doing them! My contractor and I were shocked! The shower walls had not even been touched at all, not even with water!
Very disappointed. I hate to say that I would not ever use Zerorez again but you need to have consistent good workers!

Chris was amazing - the best tech we've ever had from Zerorez, and that's saying a lot because we've had excellent experiences with you in the past.

I like the fact they show up on time and get right to work. I also like that the carpet is not really wet when they are finished. They get it done in a timely matter. Now that the carpet is dry we have noticed some spots didn't come out.

Very disappointed. I own quite a number of rental units and unfortunately my normal carpet cleaner was not available last week. He uses a scrubbing machine in addition to the high pressure extractor and spends the time to make sure everything is right. I thought I would try your company as I often hear your ads on KSL. I have had several comments about the carpet and the smell that remained after - from people who have been helping me get the unit ready. I finally went over to check it out myself. The water or whatever you use does NOT WORK!! I am going to have to have it done again by my guy. You are more expensive also - charging for small walk in closets as if they were a separate room. The price would be tolerable if the outcome was great. Please don't continue to send me your promotions. I have been getting a steady stream of unwanted emails from your company. It just frustrates me now to even see your name come up in my email. They are on time and very professional. They job that was done was excellent. The stairs look like new and the tile also looks like new.
