The spots reappear when the treatment is dry, and I can't see the dirty water that is being retrieved from the carpet to reassure me that dirt is being removed. They feel cleaner, but not enough to make me feel that it is totally worthwhile.

technician was two and a half hours later than promised. carpets looked cleaner, but tile was still dirty on the edges near baseboards. you could send someone back out to finish cleaning the tile and seal it for free.

I feel like the carpets are always cleaned really well and the customer service has been great! I do have one thing I want to tell you guys though-when I used you in March I was given a coupon for American Housekeeping. They are absolutely horrible to work with. They had the most awful customer service I have ever had to deal with. They were rude and unapologetic. They did the worst cleaning job in the world and then one of their employees pooped in my toilet and left it there without flushing. So disgusting. I would highly recommend that you no longer promote them because I would hate for your good name to be associated with theirs.
