I had an appointment but the technician was very late. He said the previous customer wanted several additional things cleaned. I don't think that is good business to allow her to add more things to the job, causing me to wait for hours, and having the technician in my home well into the evening, when my husband and I had plans, and a scheduled appointment.

Carpets look great

We were told our carpets would be dry by that evening but it took 3 days for them to dry! We had all the carpets cleaned so it was quite an inconvenience to say the least! We even ran fans and turned our heat up to help them dry.

Also the technician took OFF the corner wall protectors before dragging the hoses at the end when he went he out to the van. He started pulling the hose, that was stretched through the dining room, kitchen and around the corner into a hall, across my wood floors. I was concerned that they may get scratched so I held up the hose inside the house the best I could to protect them. The hose left a long trail of standing water across the wood floors, which I cleaned up since he didn't come back in to house again.
The van left 2 big oil spots on my driveway on top of everything else!
What can you do to make it right? I don't know...I will leave that up to you and your conscience.

Tech was great, worked very hard to do a good job for us

Our carpet looks like new after you clean it and the stains don't come back. They can get out urine smell and blueberries! You guys are awesome!!

I thought it was a little pricey.

It took more than 24 hours to dry in the basement. We now have matching water spots on the carpet where we only had one. The room with a non shag is streaked

Chris was awesome - very knowledgeable about the products/services. He is a great representative of your company and should be well rewarded for his efforts. Please ensure he is always the one you send whenever I request a service.

I also have allergies and asthma so appreciate the chemical free approach.
