No residue. Love your spot remover!
The carpets are amazingly clean. The tech was very professional, and on time.
There were areas that were really wet that were not in high traffic or stained areas that we were surprised to find. We had to put fans on those areas. He came around 8:30 and they were dry by bedtime, longer than we expected.
Sorry, I didn't respond sooner, life is hectic! But they did an awesome job and we are very pleased!
Juan Lopez was very polite and did a great job. I will recommend him and Zerorez to all my friends.
Other than refunding my money, I'm not sure there is much you can do to make things right. The overall carpet cleaning was okay, but my tile does not look much better than before. My biggest frustration is that I have two brown spots on my carpet that were not there before you cleaned my carpet the first time. You sent a second technician to try to fix the spots and re-do the tile, but he was unsuccessful in either task (although he tried very hard and was very nice). To make matters worse, one of the hoses ended up scraping some paint off a corner of my wall (the technician tried to use the corner guards, but the hose ended up getting inside the guard). I showed the technician and he agreed that it was his fault. I feel like my house is in worse shape than it was before. I was willing to give you guys a try, but I will definitely not recommend your company to anyone. Again, the second technician was very polite and tried hard, but maybe your cleaning technology just isn't that great.

I received a quote over the phone after a long, detailed conversation, then when the technician came to my house, he gave me a price that was over $100 higher. The people giving the quotes should be better trained so that they can give better estimates. This felt like a bait-and-switch, where I was given a low price so that Zerorez would get the job. Once they were on-site I felt I had to go through with it because I had taken time off work and coordinated with four sets of tenants. I felt very ripped off.

The tech was SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable about the cleaning and walked me through all aspects before getting started. Even talked with me about carpet in the future and what he may recommend....we had mentioned wanting to install new carpet soon.
Sam was able to remove most of the stains and was very friendly and dedicated to a good result.

The men who cleaned my carpets were both friendly and professional. One even gave me a good tip on how to defrost my freezer :-). They were fast and thorough and the price was affordable.

I was told I would get a call at 9:30, but it was at 10 saying the cleaner was going to be here in 30. Which was actually an hour. Then the truck was full so the cleaner had to go empty it. So it was an hour and 45 minute wait until the carpets were started to get cleaned. So basically it was just a lot of sitting around waiting all morning. Not knowing if I should go somewhere to kill time or stick around and wait in case I got a call.
I love how clean my carpets are. My house smells so much better now. The fact that it's a "clean" process is what keeps me coming back to ZEROREZ. The technician that came out was really nice and professional. I like how he pointed out certain facts to me, like how he didn't think cleaning area rugs on a hardwood floor was a very good idea, the water could damage our floor. He offered us a few different solutions to getting them cleaned in a safer way.

Your teachnitions are very thorough and on time. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. My carptets look good, but the one bedroom - not so great. I am a loyal Zerorez customer.
