Our carpet it 10 years old and we weren't sure if we could make it look good. This was the very best carpet cleaning job we have had. It revived our carpet and it's natural color. Thank you! We will be using you again!

There were several areas with spots that did not come out. I feel that I could have has as clean a carpet for less with another service.

Our carpets hadn't been cleaned since we moved into our house 13 years ago and now they look like new again. I like that you don't use harsh chemicals. Our technician, Alex, explained the process; he was very professional and did a great job.
As he cleaned the tile it was next to an area that had the carpet removed. As the sub floor got wet either from run off or the hose as he was packing up the equipment. Water soaked thru and went thru to the basement. We have suspended ceiling tiles. So we will need to let it dry and have it replaced. I know it was not done intentionally. And maybe if carpet had been there it wouldn't have happened.
The carpets looked pretty good after they dried, but the amount of moisture that was taken into my carpet pad was very concerning.

The worker was very polite, he put on booties and did an excellent job of the carpets. I have my own carpet cleaning and still have zero res clean my carpets at home. I have used your services for the last 3 or 4 years and have always been very pleased with the results.

how long the carpets stay clean
The house that I had cleaned was a rental. I am always surprised what ends up on/in the carpet. My technician was very patient with me and my questions that i am sure he has been asked a million times. Also, he took the time and used a black light to identify what might be the cause of the smell in the house.
Overall, I am very please with the service I received from Zerorez and will continue to use and recommend them in the future.

Effective carpet cleaning without very wet carpet and without chemicals.
I was very impressed with the knowledge that my person had about the carpet, and on the cleaning process. If I had a question, and I had several, he stopped to make sure I had the answer. I like to watch and learn, and he was very patient and did not seem to be bothered by the fact that I was watching him. He was very thorough and my carpets look fantastic!! Thank you, Zerorez!

The carpet is not clean, the worst carpet cleaning I've ever had done. Cleaning was not consistant, my carpet has dirty spots that should have easily been cleaned.. My carpet now has streeks of cleaner and dirty carpet in it. I now have a cleaning mark in my carpent the goes through the center of my living room. I don't know if I dare have you come back and fix it or just demand a refund. Someone needs to call me and work this out, Phone number removed. The employee was nice and seemed to work hard, but in the end does not know how to clean carpet.
