Stains gone the first time. But I was VERY happy you came back, though it took a while to get someone to work with us in coordinating schedules for that second visit.
So far everything looks good. The young man who did the work was very kind and seemed to know what he was doing. I give him good marks.

The spots reappear when the treatment is dry, and I can't see the dirty water that is being retrieved from the carpet to reassure me that dirt is being removed. They feel cleaner, but not enough to make me feel that it is totally worthwhile.

IT WAS GREAT
technician was two and a half hours later than promised. carpets looked cleaner, but tile was still dirty on the edges near baseboards. you could send someone back out to finish cleaning the tile and seal it for free.
