Carpet looks great! Dried fast
My special needs daughter had urinated all over the carpet in the bonus room. I was horrified when I saw the carpet with the technicians black light. They were able to completely remove the urine. The room finally smells fresh and clean!
The technicians were very knowledgable and shared that knowledge with me. I was also amazed at how they were able to get a very old stain out of the carpet on a high traffic spot.

The carpet and tile were done every clean and quick. The person that did it was very good and gave us all the information .
Stairs did not look very good
There seems to be less residue and build up over time and use. The technicians work quickly and stay on task.

No one showed up and when I called I was told it was for July 7th!

I have tried a lot of other companies that clean carpets and Zerorez is the best!!!
Zerorez staff needs to verify with customers time slots instead of just giving the date (w/o time) since it doesn't take the whole 8 hrs to clean each home. It's a courtesy to give customer a call one or two days prior the appointment date. Customers are busy, too.
Very thorough job. The gentleman was even able to eliminate some black ink spots from the carpet in my office!
I wasn't home - but technician did an excellent job.
The one issue I have is because I was doing two jobs - I asked to have the tile cleaned in my personal home. That message wasn't relayed to the technician so he asked my son-in-law (who was home) and Brook decided it should be at the other home. I was disappointed - but not really that frustrated.
