The tech that came out was nice and professional. My wife and I were very disappointed in the tile cleaning as it seemed not clean at all after drying and the tech had left. In fact my wife had to re-clean the tile has we had family coming into town for the holiday. We also were unimpressed with how the carpet looked after cleaning. After spending $300 plus dollars on a job I was expecting the tile and carpet to at the very least look different and cleaner and not having to redo the tile. We try very hard to keep a clean home and maybe that makes a difference but I was very disappointed and will not be using Zerorez again or recommending them to anybody as well.

I appreciated the professionalism of the Zerorez customer service team. Each time that I spoke with someone on the phone, they were courteous, respectful, and very accommodating to my questions and situation. The technician who came to my home (Jimmie) was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of the questions we had regarding our carpet cleaning.

We had a couple stubborn stains. You came back not just once but twice to be sure they were all gone. But you came back at no charge!

I'll be calling you when it is time to clean carpets again!

BTW. The stain protectant has already saved us a call or two (even chocolate on a light carpet).

Prices are still high

My main carpet was not particularly dirty, but my hall was VERY dirty.
Your workman said the hall would continue to look dirty because it was worn. After he left, I got some towels and a squirt bottle of carpet cleaner because I couldn't believe it should look as bad as before it was worked on. The area was about 3'x 8'. The towels were dirty until I had used eight towels. The young man who came is a delightful person, and I don't wish him negative consequences...just more training.

Well to start off the technician was an hour late. Also based on my experience there was something very suspicious happening. After I called Zerorez and questioned the technicians whereabouts she was unreachable by telephone. What was even weirder was that the vehicle she was driving was located three blocks a way at a gas station. When she finally arrived she had a neck tattoo. I don't mean to judge people with neck tattoos because she seemed like a nice person but.. it's a neck tattoo. What's your impression of a neck tattoo? While I was showing her around the house someone kept calling her. She must have received a dozen calls within a few minutes which she just ignored. I soon found out that the person that was calling her was her boss. Maybe she ignored them because she was being polite but maybe she ignored them because she couldn't answer for her absence. She also made some pretty weird noises going up and down the stairs almost like she had trouble breathing. It is possible she had asthma but considering all the other things we thought she might die while in our house. I unfortunately didn't feel right about going to work while she was in the house and arranged to take the day off from work. She was replaced by another technician and sent home for food poisoning but my guess is she had ingested some kind of illegal substance at the gas station and wasn't feeling well. If it was just food poisoning then my apologies. We just didn't have the ideal carpet cleaning experience. If I knew for sure the woman was on drugs and was in my house I would have given a big fat zero for how likely I would be to refer a friend to zerorez.

Professional and speedy

I received a coupon for free two hours of house cleaning. When I called to book it I was told I would have too pay $65. in order to get two hours so in fact the coupon is deceitful. I think thou should cut your toes with then or get them to honor the coupon.

I don't really know if you could! I don't really have anyone to compare you to. I just know that a lot of our high traffic areas were pretty bad in a few places and they didn't come clean. But our carpet has been down for many years and it had never been cleaned! The majority of the carpet does look and feel cleaner, I don't if there are any more steps that could be taken for troubled areas.

when taking off the vent covers they weren't attached tightly and the some of the dust from separating the vent covers from the wall wasn't cleaned up. My husband wanted a receipt. He wanted a brake down of the service.
