Carpets look great!

How you used the brushes to scrub up all the carpet and how you neatly went over it all with the hot water. My Favorite was that you didn't use any chemicals:)

The work was very good but we wasted 1/2 of our day wondering when they would get to our house. You need to give a time to be at the appointment and be there or call and reschedule.

We had them do the deep treatment on my son's carpet in his closet that he peed in GROSS! It is still very stinky. Bummer.

Tried to upsale in so many areas and took way too long to do the job asked to do and left one stain behind.
I was given estimate of two hundred thirty something dollars, I payed NINE hundred and something!!Got stuff done that i didnt ask for,it took four days for the carpets to dry!Just very disappoint over all,
I think there was a little communication problems. I was scheduled to be the 2nd appointment, and they said that it would be from 10:30 to 11:00. The technician didn't arrive til 1:00. The secretaries told me that the technician should arrive, but they left the message on my home phone not my cell phone.
But Grayson the technician was a super hard worker, very respectful and did a wonderful job. I like the brush machine that picks up hair.

I am rating the two service guys that came out to do the job. They were great! and did a good job. we just moved into this house so not sure when or how often the carpets were cleaned. But there were a couple of spots that zerorez could NOT remove. So wondering if a soap of sorts would have done the job. Also, was really turned off by all the hoops the service guys have to sell!!!! I don't need to see colors mixed in sample jars or the actual dirty water coming out of my carpets. After all that why I hired you...Right! It took too much of my time and frankly their time to have to explain all what zerorez is capabilities. All i want is for a good carpet cleaning. Thank you for listening hope this helps!
No odor after cleaning and friendly technician.
Zerorez is the third carpet cleaning company that I have used since moving to Utah, the previous cleaning companies left dirt in my carpets and Zerorez was able to get rid of it. My carpet looks like new!
