Zerorez does an amazing job! We own rentals and have used MANY different carpet cleaners in the past. We are so impressed with Zerorez that we will never use anyone else!

i like your mantra of not leaving residue on the carpets. Your cleaning person was very professional and met and exceeded expectations. Only reason i didn't give a ten was a request for the protectant afterwards. Seems like a cheap ploy. If i were you i would remove offering it to everybody at the end, but more just make available for request.

I like that you are able to get carpet and tile clean without chemicals or residue. My technician, Alex was courteous, professional, efficient and through. I really appreciated his desire and efforts to get carpets and stone vey clean. I will be requesting him for future cleanings.
The Zero Rez pricing for carpet cleaning is reasonable. The pricing for stone cleaning is on the high side. The pricing for sealer application is unreasonably high.

I strongly don't like the fact that you won't move ANY of the furniture! You did a great job and thank goodness we didn't have any furniture in the room this time, however, some of our rooms do have furniture that would be very difficult to get out of the room completely. Coit, for example, will move and clean under furniture. Next time., we'll go with them!

However, last time the technician was nice enough to try a stain removal kit in our front room and inadvertently left another mark which was not previously there. If someone could be scheduled to come out and try to remedy this, that would be great. Thanks. Name removed

Zerorez was friendly, fast, honest and the result was amazing. There was a mystery spot on the carpet from the previous tenet and the technician was able to remove it.

I was surprised that my carpet came as clean as it did. The traffic areas were very dirty and they look great!

The carpet may have been cleaner than before but it looked exactly the same and did not give it a fresh look. Paying over $200 I was hoping for more. I wish I knew that the outcome would have been this way and I would have just vacuumed more.

That you are returning to fix missed area.

The guy that did our carpets made me nervous by talking too much about carpet fibers and his knowledge about carpet. I had to have him redo a few bad spots in our house. He did okay but I feel he could have done the bedroom better.

Dries quickly. Professional and friendly staff. Don't like the fact that you have to spend a minimum of $100😁

Automated processing of credit card payments that does not require manual entry. The day after the cleaning we had an unauthorized charge on our account. Probably just coincidental but it make one wonder.

I think maybe my expectations were a little to high. I heard wonderful things on the radio about how Zerorez could clean any carpet. However, I had an extremely dirty carpet with heavy traffic spots. I should have made the technician treat a heavy traffic spot before he did the rest of the work. As the dirt did not come up from the heavy traffic spot, there was no need to do the rest of the floor. If at all possible, I would like a refund, but I realize I am partially to blame as I trusted the radio ads a little too much and assumed Zerorez would clean everything perfectly.
