Excellent representative who did a great job. Offered several options to consider. Very thorough in cleaning the carpet and tile.
The basic science of how you do this.
Zeroes lifted years worth of ground in dirt and debris and left tired, worn carpet in rental house looking and smelling fresh and almost new. The previous resident had a dog who shed a lot, and the technician worked and worked. There is no sign of dog hair anywhere!
Courteous hard work done on a timely basis.
You made an appointment with me for only 2 days away and kept in touch to tell me exactly when you would be here. The fellow who came, Cory Staid, did a wonderful job and my carpets look better than they have looked in years. I was very impressed by the professional nature of your whole operation and I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.

Your technicians do a great job. They are on time and very courteous. My furniture looked great after it had been cleaned and had dried. I am very satisfied with the job.
The Technician seemed very young. He said he treated my hallway for urine stains but I wish he would have told me before he started so I could have seen him do it and to see what it was I paid an extra $50 for. One of my couch legs was gauged and the wood grain chipped off. I don't know if the Tech guy knew this, but if he did I wish he would have said something to me. I realize accidents can happen. Also the dirty water dumped in the gutter in front of my house stained the road and i wish that he could have taken the hose and just squirted that off to clean it up a bit. My carpets were clean and looked good i was just slightly disappointed over all with the experience.
The last time you guys came and spot cleaned where my dog had an accident it was done so very poorly. It was some spots in one room. Over $150.00 dollars for spot treatment and there is,still residue. I guess I expect more effort to be made to do a job well done.

The service was great, the serviceman was clean and courteous. I was disappointed in your advertising. "Only $33 per room; but when you make an appointment, they tell you it has to equal at least $100. Secondly, the free something that was advertised to be given at the time of the sevice was not offered.

Great product, price and service
Our first cleaning was awesome, this time wasn't as great. We called to have our couches and other rooms cleaned because you guys did great on our carpets before, but it wasn't done the best this time around. The cleaner was a nice guy and was very honest, but wasn't very thorough at the job. We showed him some stains that we thought could be removed because last time, similar stains were removed, but they were not and he didn't mention to us that he couldn't get it out like the last guy. The first time, the tech walked the house with me with his black light to look for stains, but that also didn't happen. When he cleaned the sofa's he asked about a third of the way through if he was doing an alright job because he wasn't very good at it he said. He also mentioned that others are better at it than him. If that is the case, why would he come if couches were on the list to be cleaned. If I had said, no that's not good enough, would I have had to have someone come back another day? Overall he did an alright job, just not very thorough. I believe he just needs some more training. We understand your prices are a little higher than competition and we are totally okay paying because you guys have done an awesome job in the past, this visit just seemed like he was rushed.
the carpets look amazing. The service was excellent. Eldon did a fine job and was very professional. The carpets were damp for a couple of hours but not nearly as long as some companies who have cleaned my carpets.
Techs are super friendly, carpets were beautiful and barely took a couple hours to dry

The tech Gonsollo was so professional and helpful. He did a very nice job cleaning the carpets. I was most pleased with how the grout in the kitchen cleaned up. He came when he said, after calling ahead, and was careful with our home and cleaned up everything. This is my second response. So that's plenty for me. L

I really wasn't able to see the results I had hoped for. The grout is still patchy looking in both of the rooms I had done. The only explanation I was given was that it seemed like the grout was different in parts of the room. I asked if there was a stronger applicant and he said we use this processed special water and it should have worked. He left and said it was probably still wet and would go away. But, it didn't. ;(
