My daughters carpets were absolutely filthy. There were more dirt spots than clean spots. I decided to try zerorez because I knew there carpet was old and had been cleaned multiple times. I could not believe my eyes. They got out every single black mark.
Wow! I thought that would be impossible !! I also thought it would take lots longer because it was so dirty. It did not.

no use of soaps and chemicals and carpet isn't like rice krispys.
You guys do a great job overall. Nice employees. I've noticed that's stains seem to be an issue with your cleaning. Once again, I had 3 stains that came back. Perhaps they had reached down to the pad.... But I would be willing to even pay a little extra at the time of the original cleaning to have them hit a bad stain like 3 or 4 times to really work it. That's the only thing that I have really noticed after having used your services 3 or 4 times.

That KSL advertises you tells me much to begin with. The guys could not have been nicer or more efficient. The process was followed through, as promised, from the first phone call. Thank-you.
The first time you came you left a very sticky substance on my kitchen tile. When you were scheduled to return sometime around 3pm you called several times as you were delayed. You finally show up after five and then leave without cleaning. Then you reschedule another late appointment (I need early). Then again you called several times to delay. You finally get here just before 5pm and when cleaning my tile the grout was removed in several places. When I complained you blamed my tile as being old. It's only 10 years old. Your manager who had come out to see the sticky mess on my tile said it was sealed with the carpet sealant and that they didn't do that anymore....that they have a different way of doing that. Mandy told me over and over that they still us the old way. I don't know who to believe. Long story short, you will only give me $300 off for my ruined tile.

I was very impressed with how friendly the sales associate I spoke with on the phone. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. Plus she was willing to describe the different services that would benefit me for my feline smell issues without pressuring sales. I especially liked how thoroughly the job was done and that I didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment.
