technician was two and a half hours later than promised. carpets looked cleaner, but tile was still dirty on the edges near baseboards. you could send someone back out to finish cleaning the tile and seal it for free.

I like the company except I only have one room and stair with carpet and had to pay for extra servilces just to get that one room cleaned

I feel like the carpets are always cleaned really well and the customer service has been great! I do have one thing I want to tell you guys though-when I used you in March I was given a coupon for American Housekeeping. They are absolutely horrible to work with. They had the most awful customer service I have ever had to deal with. They were rude and unapologetic. They did the worst cleaning job in the world and then one of their employees pooped in my toilet and left it there without flushing. So disgusting. I would highly recommend that you no longer promote them because I would hate for your good name to be associated with theirs.

Last Tuesday the technician did not tape off the vents when he cleaned the air vents, so I came home to dust all over my house. It took me two days to clean and wash every surface and all the linens in my house. One of my sons has asthma so it had to get cleaned right away and he had to stay at his dad's house which disrupted all our schedules. When I called on Thursday to see how to remedy the situation, I was told I would get a call back within the day. It is now Monday and I haven't heard from anyone. I can understand the technician was undertrained, but the poor customer service since then has been disappointing. I am a single mom who works full time and is completing a Phd, I don't have time to deal with situations like these. It's too bad because you came highly recommended by a few people.
Get cat urin out of carpet so it doesn't continue to fluores under black light. Might require a little more effort like washing more than once in the affected areas. I would be glad to volunteer my carpet to work out the procedures!

I have used Zerorez for many years and they have always done a great job. The carpets are dry by the end of the day.
The guy was very nice and did a very thorough job - I loved the end result. But he showed up much later than I thought he would, and it took longer than I thought it would, plus he had to call his supervisor several times to get clarification on pricing, etc... And then he told me he didn't make it to the office early enough to get the "good equipment", so he had to use the smaller, hand-held device. Sounds odd coming from an employee of a company that cleans floors - if there's appointments scheduled that day, shouldn't there be enough "good" equipment available for the workers assigned to the jobs?
the technician that came was absolutely fabulous. He was thorough and detailed. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and both times were great.
Friendly and hard working technicians. Dries quickly. Carpet feels and looks clean. Only have one consistent problem (3 times now) with your finding us at this particular condo. We double checked the address when we ordered the service and it was right when we got the reminder call. However, once again the information the technician was given had this address as south instead of north, which caused delay. Is there someway to get the address changed in your computer so it filters all of the way down to the technician?
