How fast it dried

I was very pleased with how nice Eldon treated me. They did a very nice job and we are please. The only problem I had was they left two windows open in the basement and with all the outlets for them to use in the basement they chose to unplug the the outlet that had the TV,the Internet , and the the furnace is controlled by the Internet. I couldn't get anything to work and it took me a few hours to figure out the furnace was off. This isn't my house and I was unaware that windows way back in the basement were left open.
I would have liked to have been told about the open windows.

Very nice technicians who explain what they are doing. I like having clean carpets and I tried the tile cleaning this time and I was impressed.

The technician did a very good job with the tools he had. The tile looks great. The one complaint I do have is that the power sprayer the technician was using was faulty. Please provide them with equipment that is in good working order so that they can do their job properly. I could tell which rooms he had done by the circuit breakers that got tripped and that I had to reset after he was done. At the end, he tried to use the power on the fan and the equipment had completely malfunctioned and did not work at all at this point.
