My carpets get very clean.
I would give it a 12 if I could. My carpets were so filthy, and are so old, that I didn't expect very much. I was hoping they would just look a little better until I can afford to replace them. When I saw my living room, I couldn't believe my eyes, it was almost like new. My office, which was so embarrassing before, now looks great. I just can't believe what a difference. We have used other carpet cleaners before, and I got the results I expected. (The carpets looked a little better.) Zerorez far exceeded my expectations.

On time
I had a small slurpee stain the guys cleaned. After they left, I noticed the original stain was mostly cleaned and I'm happy about that... But there was a NEW stain- a super saturated spot about a foot from the original one; it almost seemed like there was a leak in the cleaning equipment and it dripped in one spot. I'm so mad about it. I paid to get the spots removed, not new ones added.
Service of technicians was excellent. Felt they did everything possible to take care of our needs, and explained a number of things which were helpful to the care of our carpet.
I had my tile and grout cleaned in one of my bathrooms this time. I was excited to have sparkling new grout, but unfortunately it turned out very spotty. I felt like a greater effort could have been made to clean all the way to the base boards. It's very noticeable where it was cleaned and where they stopped.
Your workers are great. However, your service cost too much. Especially the stain guard product.

The fact that your products are water-based, and your customer service is most excellent. I was advised on a frequent basis, via phone calls, as to when someone would be at home to clean my carpets.

Product did a good job
The products are not harmful to the environment and still outdo traditional cleaners. Ryan, the tech who cleaned my carpets was very thorough. He took the time to do a great job. These 20+ year-old carpets look like new - even the stairs!
There were no hidden fees, all expenses were addressed and approved prior to service beginning.

Your system is really good. The carpet looks great and it stays clean a long time. But I kept getting my time pushed back - that was my disappointment. It turned out to be a very busy day on both sides of my appointment and the timing didn't work as I had hoped. But we survived.
the parts that already looked not that dirty now are clean, but the areas that were dirty are still dirty. So why would I use you again? So now who should I call to clean them? If you can not clean them why would I ask you back even if it was free, it is a waste of time. You say you are better than others like stanly steamer but maybe I will call them.

I would highly recommend ANGELO LECAROS. We had to have zerorez come back out and re-do our family room because of streaks in the carpet. Angelo by far was the best carpet tech I've dealt with from Zerorez or for that matter any carpet cleaning company I've ever used.
