I went with zerorez for my business because they had dones such a great job at my home. I have now had zerorez out twice to the office to clean our carpets and both times I had to have zerorez come back out to clean spots they missed. Once the missed spots were cleaned all was great. However, it is frustrating to have to have zerorez come out again (both times) because it appeared the techician was so worried about being fast they forgot to be thorough.

I can say after they came back out to clean it again we were very pleased, but not pleased they had to come twice to get the job done.

As a physician it is very time consuming to get our office ready for cleaning and to schedule the cleaning when we are done seeing patients, to have to get ready for cleaning twice each time is beyond frustrating.

It isn't that I won't use zerorez in the future (because again when the cleaning is done right it is great) but I am going to be a little more hestitant about it.

We are very disappointed with our experience with your company. We needed to have our basement family room carpet cleaned. We received quotes ranging from $75.00 to $95.00 to clean the family room and one or two other rooms/areas. We learned about Zerorez through KSL/Doug Wright. My mom told me about your $33.00 room special so I decided to contact Zerorez because we are on a tight budget. I was surprised to learn there was a $100.00 minimum so I worked with your customer service representative to get the price as close to $100.00 as we could, which was already over our budget and higher than what we anticipated paying. We determined the best approach would be to clean an area rug to get us to that magic $100.00 minimum. I explained to your CSR that this was an inexpensive rug from Costco and expected to pay $1.00 SF for the cleaning of this rug. We were quoted a price of $112.40 all-inclusive for the basement carpet, rug, water treatment/disposal fee and tax. However, the bill was $187.19 because instead of charging $1.00 SF as quoted, the charge was $3.00 SF. It would have cost less to purchase a brand new rug and it looks exactly the same! The carpet in the family is new and there are areas where it feels ‘crunchy’ so the cleaning was not successful. With the exception of the excessive invoice, there is no evidence the carpets were cleaned.

That all stains were removed and the carpet looks like new.

We have used other companies in the past and were generally unhappy with the results. We had the opposite experience with Gonzalo and Zerorez. Our carpets look fantastic and the chairs that he worked so hard on look brand new!
Gonzalo was incredibly professional, courteous, and hard-working. He didn't even mind going over a few spots that we couldn't avoid walking on. I have even personally recommended him by name to my family and friends. Thanks for the excellent service, we were really impressed!

Scheduling was easy, and although I booked several weeks ahead, I was still able to take advantage of a special discount offer that came up after I booked. The technician arrived on time, was very efficient, and pleasant. Alex was very careful with his techniques, gave honest opinions and information, and seemed very trustworthy while in our home. The services are above and beyond the old basic steam cleaning. First, before work began, each area of "concern" was addressed by the technician, including high traffic areas and stains. It was made clear that the technician would do his best to minimize the stains, but no guarantee was given or implied - honesty is greatly appreciated!! Carpets were cleaned thoroughly and honestly, there was NO icky, stiff residue, no odd "slick" feel, and no odor whatsoever. Just nice, clean carpet and tile. The dark "filtrate" ring around the baseboards on the light carpet in the basement and on the stairs was pretty bad, but almost invisible when the technician finished cleaning - amazing! Second, the carpets were completely dry within about 6 hours, just leaving windows open and ceiling fans on. Such a pleasant change!! Third, the tiled floor areas cleaned were sparkling clean - haven't seen white grout that white for a very long time! Fourth, appx 2400 square feet of cleaning was accomplished in about 3 hours, start to finish. Fifth, there were no "surprises" on the billing or invoice. It was made very clear what the charges would be both when I booked and when the technician reviewed before the work began. We have been very pleased and satisfied with Zerorez and would not hesitate to have Alex work in our home again.

The main reason I am unlikely to recommend Zerorez is the cost. I've never paid so much for carpet cleaning, and can't do it again. The secondary reason I am unlikely to recommend Zerorez was the appointment confirmation call. I had scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance, asking for a late-morning appointment, since I had a morning meeting and didn't want to risk not being home when the technician arrived. I was given the 2nd appointment of the day. The day before our cleaning, Zerorez called to confirm, saying that we were the first appointment of the day. I told the caller that I was scheduled for the second appointment. The caller said, "We couldn't make that happen." (???) The day before a scheduled appointment is not the time to let people know that you can't give them the appointment they've planned on. Fortunately, my husband was able to stay home from work, but I really did not like the schedule change or the flippant way in which that news was delivered.

Again, our technician was friendly and professional, and did an excellent job of cleaning our very dirty carpet. The schedule snafu was unpleasant, but not enough to make me not recommend Zerorez. The cost is just much too high, in my opinion.
