My Technician Ryan very willing to give excellent customer service.

I have found that my carpets stay cleaner longer after I have had the work done by Zerores. I have also found that the technician Isaias is more thorough than any other I have had.

The gentleman that came to clean the carpets was so helpful. Respectful, and very willing to put in extra work and effort to get my carpets their cleanest! I was very grateful and impressed.

The technician did a very good job with the tools he had. The tile looks great. The one complaint I do have is that the power sprayer the technician was using was faulty. Please provide them with equipment that is in good working order so that they can do their job properly. I could tell which rooms he had done by the circuit breakers that got tripped and that I had to reset after he was done. At the end, he tried to use the power on the fan and the equipment had completely malfunctioned and did not work at all at this point.

The carpets were left pretty wet this go around. Last time they were very dry. This time the technician did not use a fan at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we called the next morning about getting a fan, it seemed like it was an inconvenience, for everybody. We should not have had to make the call in the first place We also had our tile grout cleaned the prior week and he did use a fan. Don't know why the carpet g

The pricing process was confusing. We were quoted $320 then the tech quoted $480 upon completion. Our card was then charged $580. The carpets look great, but the business side of the consumer process was very disappointing. We'll never use or recommend this service.

We had the standard carpet cleaning and it really works, gets "most" of the spots out on carpet that is 8 years old.

It was quick. Representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. We'll see how well the cleaning lasts.

Corey, was rude and disrespectful. He didn't qant to reclean the areas that were stubborn. He left and said "good luck finding someone to clean this", then stated my carpet was too dirty

The soft clean feel of my older carpets. As well as the desire to insure I am pleased. I really liked my technician. He was knowledgeable and a hard worker. He would not quit until he got the carpets as clean as he could.
