However, your call center is a joke. The phone is awful, it kept cutting in and out. Also, there were too many people talking in the background. Additionally, it took many back and forth phone calls with various people in order for them book the exact date & time I wanted

We just had our carpets clean by you guys on Monday. We are not very pleased with how things went. The employee was very kind and good but we feel very deceived by what was said on the radio show by your company and feel upset by false advertising. The pictures are of our vacuum after the carpet dried and we didn't move anything in or walk on them. When we vacuumed this what we picked up. We completely cleaned out the vacuum before and did not expect this. Very dirty.
On 1280 the zone your spokesmen said that it is zero Rez. We had to wait more than 12 hours to put our stuff back in. You say zero Rez but then even claimed on the radio that you could put your furniture back in shortly after they leave your house. This was very frustrating because of how long we had to wait.

Then when I hear on the radio 33$ a room and then I call you guys and find out that you have to have a 100$ minimum or we won't come out to your house! This is crazy. This is false advertising and a crazy or trick to get people to call in. Very frustrating.

We stated 4 times to 4 different people that we could not have anyone arrive earlier than 3PM to begin cleaning the office because we still had patients until 3PM. There was a huge disconnect with communication from the scheduler, estimator, and the confirming person. Each called and stated that the cleaner would arrive earlier and we had to explain over and over again that we could not start earlier than 3PM..

I have used your company for the past several years. Those technicians that have cleaned our carpet have all been very courteous and professional. My carpet looks great! The technician (Ricardo Fernandez) that cleaned our carpet on 10/31 was exceptional and very courteous and my carpet looks great. He checked with me as each room was cleaned to make sure I was satisfied and was very clear as he explained the various options available and reviewed each option I chose before I paid for the services. The carpets were very clean and didn't take very long.
Arrived on time; cleaned all carpet areas very well. My only negative comment is how wet the carpet was afterwards and it stayed fairly wet for 2 days. That seemed like a long time to be wet. But the service and the technician were great. Thanks.

Your cleaning method is the best. Your service people are helpful and friendly and discuss all cleaning options without pressure. Our carpets always look beautiful after a cleaning and stay that way much longer than other methods we've tried.

Zerorez has been in my home approx 7 times to clean during the exit of my basement tenant. They have always been professional and stayed on task until completion.
