Good service..easy to get an appointment and my carpet stays clean
I was told the Friday before my appointment that I would be contacted around 8:15 a.m. on the day of my appointment to let me know what time the technician would arrive. I was called before 8 a.m. and told he would be there in 15 minutes. I had also been asked to make sure all the carpet was vacuumed. I hadn't completed the vacuuming when he arrived (since he was early) and was hurrying to do so, when he said not to worry about vacuuming, that it wasn't necessary.
I also asked him to measure the entrance area and see if it could be included with the very, very small living room. And since we didn't move our bed, we had much less area in the bedroom. I was hoping to have things calculated as 3 rooms plus stairs. I didn't ever see him measure. When he presented the invoice, he said he gave me the entrance free of charge, but the bill was actually more than what I expected. It was $188. (I had told your representative on the phone that I had a coupon for $33/room, and they said they would honor that, but I don't think they did.) I was also hoping to have an area rug (5'x8') cleaned in place of the "free" bathroom floor, as my bathroom floors didn't need cleaning. He said he couldn't switch anything that wasn't on the order. So I was expecting to pay $159 plus tax and ended up paying $188.

Everything looked great but it did take a lot longer for them to dry than we were told. The man who cleaned them was very customer friendly, informative and did a great job!
My carpet is very clean. It took coming back a second time to get the high traffic areas clean, but they look great now.
the agent was in and out in less than an hour and 15 minutes and he supposedly cleaned over 800 sq. ft. of carpet. I don't see how that can be done with out the most generic flyby once over cleaning imaginable.
The guys were great and pointed out what they were going to do, then did it and then showed me what they had done and the great difference between what it looked like before and after was AMAZING!

I have used your company on several occasions and each time have been pleased with your representative. Personal, professional, reviewing the project before and after completion.
I have off white 15 year old carpet that has seen a lot of use. There were dirt blotches before and after carpet had dried 3 days after cleaning. I believe there was to much water pressure which caused the dirt to surface from the original pad. Cody returned and used less pressure and less water and successfully removed the dirty spots. It was especially bad on the the stairs. He went back over all areas and all is good now.

My tile looks so clean, I love it. Your guy was so nice, and tested all the areas I wanted him to and was very good about asking if I still wanted him to do the job. I loved that he wanted me to be happy, and if that meant that he didn't do anything for me that day, even though he had come out, that that was okay. Very nice worker. Thank you.
They did a really nice job and the carpet smelled and looked good. I appreciate the extra time he took to make my dirty carpet look good.
