I love the effectiveness of the treatment -- even on a carpet that is 15 years old -- and I greatly appreciate the quick drying time. Further, I've noticed that since traditional soaps or shampoos are not used, my carpets don't re-gain grime in a spot that has been treated!

I like the results of the cleaning. However, the technician was very late even though I got a call from the scheduler it had an impact on my day. I also did not get my $25 Provo beach card.

Cody was a good, hard worker and efficient. He went above and beyond to provide a good service.

My carpet took over 14 hours to dry that is with help of fans and windows open. It is actually still drying now which is Sunday evening at 5:24 pm. I gave the technician a $20 off referral card and I did not see the $20 credit on my inovoice that was emailed to me. If I would have seen the invoice prior to him leaving I would have asked about it. We did have the pet treatment done and understand how the process works but if he would have taken more time to suck up the water & treatment maybe it would have dried faster. We were happy with the technician as he was friendly and explained everything and was careful. Last he sprayed something on the carpet at the very end. I cant remember what it was but it left a slight sticky residue on my hand when I would feel if the carpet was still damp. I think after a couple of times vaccuming it will come up. We will use you again in the Spring as we love how your cleaning process is and want to give you a second chance. Thank you.

A great job done on our carpet, and the service was great. Alex was knowledgable, showed me how it all works, and did a great job. My carpets look better than they ever did.

I just think the service is great and am pleased with the outcome if my cleaned carpet.

Alex, our carpet cleaning tech, was well prepared, and very knowledgeable about the various stains on our carpets and best of all, the strpd necessary to clean. The end cost was much greater than anticipated, but the end result was well worth the additional cost.

Service provider wears booties while in my home; he protects walls, furniture and corners while cleaning; he has me check each room as he has completed the cleaning. So very professional. Carpets are beautiful when he is finished and stay clean for a long time after.
