I just don't feel that my carpet came that much cleaner.
I was very impressed with the young man that came and cleaned our carpets. He was fast and left the carpets very clean and not real wet. Our carpets dried in about two to three hours. There had been a couple of spots that he took care of very quickly, and when he was done he racked the carpet so that it dried looking nice and even.
No soaps or residue
My furniture and rugs look amazing and my technician, Alex was so thorough and well trained that I had complete confidence in him. I will use Zerorezin again.
I like that there are no chemicals and our technician was informative, personable and did a great job.

Zerorez gets the carpets cleaner than any other carpet cleaning company, in my experience.

The service was pretty pricey.
They are very polite and they work hard to keep us up to date as to when they will arrive . Corey was our technician. He was extremely polite, hard working, thorough and very informative on cleaning options,and for future techniques to keep our carpet cleaner for a longer time. We really appreciated his advice and hard work.
The service overall should get a 10, but because I paid extra for the Benefact product, it turned out I was disappointed with the results. The cleaner, Connor, asked me to smell the mattress to make sure I couldn't smell the urine odor before he left and I could not smell it until it dried and I can still smell it. But it is better than it was and Connor was the best. I would recommend Zerorez. Service was the best I've ever received!
Thoroughness!
Technical went above and beyond what I was expecting and worked harder than the other technicians that have come and cleaned my carpets. The last technician was done in half and hour this technician took an hour and a half and did a beautiful job.
I like how the carpet wasn't crunchy afterwards.

We recently had our carpets cleaned it's only been about 30 days and the carpets appear as if they had not been cleaned at all.

Substituting/swapping areas. In the past if I had a 3 room special, I could have them clean 2 rooms and then a small hall and 4 stairs in place of the 3rd room. There was no wiggle room this time.
Also, I was promised a certificate for 2 hours of housecleaning. They said they were out, and one would be mailed to me in a few days. I hope that actually happens.
I wasn't informed of the extra charge for pet treatment before I was charged. I called and you have me a refund so I'm still happy. Just wish the tech would have been more up front

No harsh chemicals are used
Your worker, Dalton, if I remember right, was courteous, efficient and was even thoughtful enough to move the small tabel by my front door that has a figurine on it, out ot the way of his equipmtment in the hallway. It was late in the day, and rather than hurry to get the job done, he took what time was needed. I'll be calling for you in the future, I'm sure.
