Technicians are very friendly and professional. They treat my home and belongings with respect.
No chemicals are used, our carpets look great, and the workers were very nice.
I was quoted a price for my 4 rooms and a hall and after completion, the guy informed me that the price was almost double. My carpets look good, but I was disappointed in the disconnect and will probably look elsewhere next time I need my carpets cleaned. Being quoted around $150 and then being handed a bill for well over $200 is not ok.

The technician was so professional & helpful.
Traffic stains are still present. Most stains and spots on the carpet are still almost as visible as if the carpets hadn't been cleaned. However, the tech was very polite and answered all our questions.

I like that the carpets dry quickly, and are left soft. The major spots on my carpet were removed, but i hope they don't return yet again. I liked the technician very much...he was very helpful, kind, and efficient.
Use a screen of some sort to keep flies out while the door stays open for tubing during the cleaning process

You do the best job of an cleaning service that I have used. There are a couple of spots that have surfaced again since the cleaning took place. Is there a possibility of coming again to redo those spots?

I paid to have our carpets cleaned by someone else and realized they couldn't do the job.....a week later I called zerorez and you came out and did a great job and got out a large stain.
