I was quoted $86 on the phone for the areas I requested to have cleaned. The $9 water waste disposal fee was mentioned on the phone, but the cleaning tech had $128 in his system for the work I had done. I was not communicated clearly about the time of arrival. I was told between 11:45 and 12:00. The tech showed up around 1:30 - 2:00. I was told the cleaning would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. It took 30 minutes which makes me question the thoroughness of the job. There are some spots (not carpet ware) that don't look as clean as they could be.
Your van left a 12 inch circle of oil in the middle of my driveway.

Nothing was necessarily wrong, but there also wasn't any sort of "wow". Chris was on-time, very friendly and appeared to do a thorough job. However, I'm a little let down that some of the high traffic areas and stains did not appear much improved. Chris explained that this type of wear is just the nature of polyester carpets. Assuming this is true, I can't fault Zerorez--But it did make it hard to feel excited about the results. I do like that there is no detergents or chemicals used, as I am very particular about what products I want used in my home, especially around my young children. I am only aware of a few companies that offer chemical free cleaning and many have received very poor reviews--thus I would likely use Zerorez in the future.
Zerorez comes on time. The cleaning gets done above expectations. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of this company.

Very effective cleaning. The person who came was punctual, friendly, and efficient.
When the technician arrived, the equipment was not in his truck. It had been taken without him knowing. It was frustrating to have to wait for an extra hour for someone to bring it down. It was a waste of his time. He was apologetic and did a pretty good job of cleaning the carpet. He went over several areas repeated times to extract the dirt, which I appreciated. Also, of note, it took 72 hours for some of the ripples in the carpet to settle down after cleaning. Is this normal? Don't remember that happening the time we had it cleaned before. Overall, the technician did a good job.

There was a 1 inch dirt gap around the edges of the bathroom floor next to the walls thatwasn't as clean around the edges that wasn't even cleaned very well. For the most part they did a great job. The floor looks 10 times better overall, but there were just some spots that were missed which I even pointed out and they made a claim that the machine just couldn't get it. I will end up cleaning those spots myself.

Nothing. I'm satisfied so far with everything
Primarily, it uses water as opposed to soap/chemicals and produces fantastic results. Secondly, it has technicians that explain each aspect of the treatment prior to beginning work, and then work professionally and quickly to achieve those fantastic results.
Doesn't leave the carpet very wet and it dries quickly.

The cost was very reasonable. The carpets dried quickly. The technician was able to get out a stain that others could not.

Zeroes lifted years worth of ground in dirt and debris and left tired, worn carpet in rental house looking and smelling fresh and almost new. The previous resident had a dog who shed a lot, and the technician worked and worked. There is no sign of dog hair anywhere!
