You guy was very professional and did a great job. The only problem is my carpet now has 4 big wrinkles in it. It's stretched it out quite a bit.

our basement took a full week to dry. It was way too wet, We had the pet enzyme on spots those are what took a full week. But also the entire basement took 5 days to dry with fans going day and night. It is cooler in the basement but the carpet was too wet.

Great customer service
I have been a fan of ZeroRez for years, telling everyone there is no better wrote cleaning service!! Which I had always felt. Unfortunately, this time I wS a little disappointed. There was an area on my carpet that still looks unclean. It looked good when wet, but as it dried it showed it was still there. Other areas that were also high traffic came out much better, so I felt there was t as much effort put in to getting that area. My cleaner seemed rushed. He was alone and I'm sure he had a busy Saturday scheduled but it did make me feel like he was hurried to get out. He also asked me if I wanted the protectant, which I never get. He told me he could do it for an extra $20. I agreed, not feeling like I needed it before and always feeling nervous about putting anything but hot water on my carpet from zeroRez, but with an extra 18 months of life promised it was worth a try. But, upon payment he said it was an extra $20 "per area", which he had not said. I was taken off guard, but fine to pay it if my carpet was clean. As you can imagine, this just added to my frustration when my carpet dried and one of the areas we still not clean.

The carpet is soft and dries quickly. I usually have the air vents cleaned once a year and my air conditioning filters have not had to be replaced as often.
