We began with a very, very dirty carpet in the living room, stairs, and upstairs hallway. They were cleaned beyond our expectations by a very pleasant, competent, and professional young man. We will definitely have our carpets cleaned by your company again.

The technician, Jared was awesome!
The entire experience was a complete fiasco, from the multiple miscommunications from the first person I spoke with, horrible communication when trying to get those issues resolved, mediocre results from the carpet cleaning itself...basically through the entire process all the way to overbilling me for the treatment you did. Even your response when I confronted you about it was closed and unwilling to address my concern.

Very professional, efficient, and love the clean feeling of the carpets and tile when you're finished.
Everything was great with the cleaning. I scheduled a 4pm appointment via email, but that was not how the appt was booked. The tech didn't arrive until 6:15. It is not his fault but put a kink in my schedule for the evening. I will definitely be using your guys again for my next carpet cleaning.
The fellow that did the floors was very thorough and explained everything that he was going to do and why he did it.
I have used you in the past and when I had an emergency I could rely on you to be available at very short notice. Thank You!

I was very pleased with the service Zerorez provided. The cleaners were timely, knowledgeable and efficient. My carpets look great! The only thing that bothered me was the attempt to continue to up-sale. I understand that any business does that and its a good business practice. It was just not something I liked having to listen to when I was busy doing other things. They weren't pushy though, so that was good.

I thought everything seemed very clean but I hoped the stone would look different.
It still appeared dull and not much different. I was hoping the seal would leave it more shiny but maybe that is just the way this stone is.

The job was completed in a much shorter time than I expected and it is BEAUTIFUL. This carpet never looked better! Might I add that the technician who did the work was efficient, well informed and was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I am 150% satisfied and have already recommended your service to a friend.
I don't mind you using my words but I am reluctant to have my name used in publicity releases. I avoid social media like the plague because I just don't want my name "out there" any more than it already is. Sorry.
However, if people you speak to in person want to speak to a customer you may let them contact me directly but please no general publicity releases.
Twice the technician arrived without the equipment to do the job. This last time he was here an hour and a half before he even started. A job I expected to take an hour took three plus hours.
I like that they are very thorough and free of unneeded chemicals!
