How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Technician was very friendly and did a great job. I scheduled a morning appointment and my carpets were cleaned around 1:00 pm. I know scheduling issues come up but I wish someone would have called and let me know it would be afternoon first thing that morning so I didn't waste my morning sitting around waiting. My time is valuable, especially when I'm paying for a service.

The carpet stays clean for a long time. I am updated about arrival time in a timely manner. I have used Zerorez many times and have always had a good experience. Isaias did a great job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service workers were very polite. Their customer service was excellent. However, while they were cleaning my carpets a hose or something broke and they had to wait for some assistance in order to finish my carpets. Before any of this occurred I requested my area rugs to be taken and cleaned also. I have had you clean them before and they looked great. As a kind gesture one of the workers told me they would take my rugs and have them cleaned free of charge. I told them they didn't have to do that, but since there was the inconvenience of the extended wait time to complete my carpet cleaning they insisted. They told me they would be back by Tuesday. They didn't arrive on Tuesday. It wasn't a big deal to me, but they finally arrived a few days later. They were left of my porch which was fine, but they did not look clean. The same spill marks that I had on them before they took them are still on the rugs. I really do need them cleaned. My carpets look so good, but the rugs look terrible. I need someone to come and pick them up and clean them again. It's been about a month since they have been cleaned. The house is empty except for nights and weekends. There is no way they could look like they do so soon after a cleaning. I know the job was free of charge, but I need them to be cleaned thoroughly. Thanks for your time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have previously been very pleased with your company. I am not only displeased with the outcome of the service I received but your customer service as well. I scheduled my appointment for last Friday. I had a problem with one of our pets and knew we needed a pet treatment. when your serviceman came out he was very polite and professional. He surveyed the problem and told me it would be quite costly. In fact he let me know it would be $600 and that he was letting me know this in case I would rather consider replacing the carpet. I have company coming to stay Tuesday and therefore decided to go ahead with it as long as it would take care of it. Shortly into the job he informed it would be another $150 because it was worse than he thought. At no time did he ever tell me that there was no guarantee on the work or a chance that it may not work. If I had been told this there is no way I would have paid over $700 for something that may not work.
The next day when I came home from work, I took a look at the carpeting. Parts of my one family room carpet looked worse than before you came. I now have big brown stains in my carpet and company coming to stay at my house tomorrow. I called you on Saturday to see what we could do about and was told someone would call me back and let me know what you would do. Nobody called me back. When it got to be about 5:00 and I was afraid you would be closing I called again and was told that someone would come by and see what they could do. I had also told the lady whom I spoke to that both carpets in our family rooms were still very wet more than 24 hours later and she mentioned that they could send a second fan to help dry the other room. When the other technician came he took about twenty minutes and went over the areas again with just the standard equipment and as soon as the carpets dried the stains returned. He also did not bring a second fan and suggested that I move the one that was left back and forth between the rooms. About half of the room where the biggest problem was looks very nice and the other half looks worse than when you came. I personally feel that these areas were just not gone over well enough with the more powerful extraction equipment.
I called back this morning to see what else we could do about it. After paying more than $700 for this work I feel this was unacceptable. Amanda whom I spoke to basically informed me that the pet treatments are not guaranteed and let me know it could cost me even more. I let her know that if that is the case that they should have a responsibility to tell the customers that. I was already quoted one price and then in the middle of the cleaning was told it would be another $150 on top of that but I went ahead with it thinking that at least the carpet would be clean and I could replace it down the road. I understand that treatments may not be guaranteed but you then have a responsibility to your customers to inform them of that. I would never have paid over $700 for a treatment that may not work. She also indicated that she would go back and listen to the phone calls to see if I had been informed that there was no guarantee on the pet treatments. I do not know if she did but I do not recall being told that when I made the appointment and I was certainly never informed of that by the technician or on Saturday when I called back to inform them of the problem. I would hope that someone in management does go back and listen to the phone calls. She said she would speak to a manager who came in at 8:30 and call me back. I let her know that on Saturday I was told someone would call me back and nobody ever did. She assured me that someone would call me no later than 11:00. Once again I never even had the decency of a phone call back. I called at 11:15 and poke to Jean and asked to speak to a manager. I was told no manager was available until 2:00. While I was on the phone with her very upset with the level of customer service I had another incoming phone call finally from Amanda, probably because she knew I was calling back. I was then informed that a production manager would come and "take a look at it" on Wednesday. The level of customer service has been awful. Five days after the service was performed someone will come and look at it? In the meantime I have company coming to stay at my house tomorrow and a carpet that looks worse than when you came. I and other members of my family have used zerorez in the past and been pleased with your work. In fact I have a sister whom has used your company and she thought I should put a stop on the payment and I told her I wouldn't do that because I knew you were a reputable company and would take care of this. I am very disappointed that I was wrong and for the response and the terrible customer service. You have not only lost my business but other business as well and I will be reporting you to the better business bureau..

What could we do to improve?

The tile in my kitchen was cleaned but need to wiped up or something after. I had to go around and wipe it all down after it dried. I had a musty smell in the carpet in the basement we had it treated but it still smells.

What could we do to improve?

We appreciated your agency coming out to fix issues from last time. It looked better, smelled better however we noticed some issues with our lawn out front....we didn't know this came rom your agency the first time you came out until your return. Looks like something leaked from the van or truck more so the liquids coming from somewhere on the vehicle onto the lawn killing the grass. there is a big spot the size of a basketball about where your vehicle was parked. Is the protectant you use for pet areas or other work deadly for the grass? Please contact my wife about details. Phone number removed. Thanks

The carpet took 30 hours to dry. From advertising I thought it would be much quicker. The house actually began to smell like a damp basement. If It stays clean long I wod still recommend your company.

There are still 2 stains that I expected to be removed and aren't. It was in a rental and my refundable deposit was contingent on the cleanliness, so I'm hoping it will still pass the inspection

The young man was kind and friendly. He worked very quickly. My only problem is that the soiled spots I pointed out to him were still there after he left, but I took them out with my carpet spotter -- so I know they were not difficult stains.

I love that there is no "cleaner" smell afterward. No toxic chemicals. They are very thorough and courteous, and carpets looked fantastic after. Bonus, they were available very quickly.
