What do you like about our products and services?

The Technician was very helpful and courteous. He informed me pretty much every step he was going to take and approximately how long it was going to take and he kept by that. The work was great. Very clean and soft still after he was through. On the tile he showed me a test spot first to make sure I would be happy with the results and I was. I will choose Zerorez again and have recommended Zerorez to friends.

What could we do to improve?

I wasn't as happy as I have been in the past with my cleaning. I had an area rug done and it cost twice as much as last time and didn't get cleaned as well as last time.

I love the fact that they did get all the oders out of my carpet! They were very friendly and efficient and I feel like your company didn't nickel and dime me to death on every spot as other companies have done! They just cleaned the carpets better than ever with their awesome system!

What do you like about our products and services?

Technicians came a bit early (!) and did a wonderful job. They were careful to explain the process and worked efficiently. I liked the corner guards. Most important, my carpets were cleaner than new! They got out spots that other companies had left. Thank you!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cleaning process left a bump in the carpet in our living room. The operator broke a figurine by bumping into it but did not inform us of what had happened. Additionally, the operator dumped or spilled chemicals on our lawn, killing a large patch of grass and creating three thin trails of damaged grass. How to make it right? 1) stretch the carpet, 2) replace the figurine or reimburse us for the loss, 3) Pay for the sod needed to repair the dead patch of lawn.

Alex was the most thorough technician That has ever cleaned my carpet. He took extra time and products to remove stains that I thought were permanent. I am extremely happy with the job he did. It saved me from replacing carpet I assumed was not possible to clean. Thank you Zerorez!
