The process used by ZeroREZ DOES A remarkable job of cleaning a dirty carpet, and they do without the use use of harsh, smelly chemicals. The carpets dry in record time, and that is a big plus also.
You make your own alkaline water, so that no soap is required.
Clean, efficient, those who have cleaned my carpets have always been very helpful and careful when they are in my home.

The fact that you don't use chemicals, and the carpets seem to dry faster. The tech was courteous and thorough.
It's all natural and no residue
Every other time I've used Zerorez for my carpet cleaning, the stains have all come out and I've been extremely pleased. This time, a blue stain in the downstairs bathroom "appeared" to come out until it dried and then it was visible again. I don't know if the tech pre-treated the stain, but I would like someone to come back out and take a look to see if we can get this out.

The young man did really good job and was neat to never bring any dirt back into the house if he had to go out side. He was very polite. The carpet looks good. I would like to see a receipt to see what each area cost.

I used Zerorez on the advice of a friend & have been very pleased with how good the carpets looked.
We were promised a drying time of 6-8 hrs, not to exceed 12 hours and it took over 48 hours for our carpet to dry. There was also bowing of the carpet in several areas of our home that took a few days to settle. We were in the process of selling our home at the time and it created stress for us.

there was no communication for the appointment we set up, no one called to let us know what time service would be done i had to call to find out if we were still sceduled for a cleaning
I had requested to have our tile and grout cleaned in two showers. After the technician left I discovered a lot of soap scum and residue on the tile. Had to use a razor blade to scrape it off. The service was not what I expected it to be.
