the manager that was with Ryan was a little aggressive in wanting to add services I did not schedule. I did go ahead and have the floor tile/grout cleaned but could not do the bathrooms. He said that he would go ahead and do them as a courtesy because I was doing so much. However, when they left, they had not been done. Its ok as I did not pay for them, however do not say you'll do something and not do it. The grout cleaned up great but I did not like the feel of the tile after it dryed, it had a filmy feel to it. I had to wash that off as it felt dirty on the bare feet.

Andrew was very knowledgeable, competent, considerate, helpful, and did all he could to enable us to know what he was going to do and the cost. He deserves a 10 and as for the treatment it appears to be a very good one. Time will tell. But we, at this point are very satisfied and will recommend it when the opportunity presents itself. The carpet was very wet after the man left. I have a couple spots that still have stains. The guy that came out was super nice. I just had heard so many good things about Zerorez that I was a bit disappointed
I love the result of no residue left in my carpets. They stay cleaner, longer.
Customer service was great. The tech was on time and was good about explaining the procedure. He was in and out within the hour. My carpets are back to their original beige color!

The tech was wonderful! I think I'm just not a fan of carpet cleaning. There were 3-4 black "gooey" spots in each of my children's bedrooms 1/2 the size of a dime that I was anxious to have removed. But they didn't come out. So while the carpet may be cleaner over all, since those 7 spots are still here I'm a bit annoyed. Probably just not able to be done. And I got my tile cleaned. Boy does it look amazing. I specifically said, "as long as the solution doesn't ruin my brand new knotty alder cabinets I had installed 3 months ago then do it." Sure enough the bottom 2 inches of the end cabinet that is out in the open was completely eaten away and stained a different color. So bugged by this. Wasn't worth the amazing tile to have my brand new professionally installed cabinets ruined. I have pictures of the cabinet taken that day and the black spots if interested. The tech was great. Polite. Happy. Timely. Clean. So comfortable to have in my home. Hard working. Diligent. Just sad about the cabinet. And I realized that perhaps my black carpet spots are just not carpet cleaning worthy. The vomit came out great and about a 1/3 of the candle wax did too. Hooray! Thanks.

Having seen the before and after results of being cleaned, I know the Zerorez method works and works well.
I like that there aren't chemicals in my carpet and that the carpet stays clean for a long time.
I love how great our carpet and slate floors look after having them cleaned. They staff wonderful team members that will go above and beyond. Zerorez rocks!
After coming out the 2nd time after creating stripes of clean and dirty in the carpet, the stripes still remain, and a new stain that wasn't there before, having to wait all day for both times and having the rooms empty of furniture for a week waiting to get the carpets cleaned properly they still are not clean.
Your service man was fantastic. But your office help is terrible. I waited forever for my call to be answered. Someone was to call me the next day. He never did. Customer service 😡

No soap
Your truck was parked on the street next to the curb. The generator exhaust or the vehicle exhaust that runs during the operation burned and killed a large area on the island lawn between the sidewalk and curb. Very disappointing. Had out of town friends coming to town and had this big brown/ gray area. Carpet cleaning was OK. Carpet is older but a few areas could have had more attention. Stairs to the upstairs we'd so wet it took 2 1/2 days to dry.
