The serviceman was very knowledgable and picked up the fact that the carpet was wool and needed to be cleaned with a different solution. He did a great job and I will definitely have your company again. There is one area in one of the bathrooms that doesn't look like it came clean and I would like someone to come back to see if it can be cleaned better. Name removed

Most of my rugs look great, but in the downstairs hall, Zerorez has permanently changed the pattern and texture of my rug. It happened the time before, and we showed the tech. Great follow thru and service
Very friendly, explained things well. Cleaned the carpets very well, no traffic trails by the time they were done.
It was quite easy to book an appointment, I was contacted several times to keep me informed of arrival times.

On the down side the service was extremely expensive... My carpet is still wet and it still smells a little funky... I'm hoping the smell goes away in a few more days.

Carpets clean up well. I would like the technicians to provide cabinet protectors when cleaning tile floor to protect the base of thr kitchen cabinets.
I've used Zerorez for 20 years and it seems your technicians are not as well trained as in past.

My carpets look and feel clean without the use of chemicals. I also like the communication that goes on from the time I make the appointment until the job is done. We've used Zerorez for several years and have always had a great experience.
Was great customer service from start to finish
It's the only obe that gets out the dark tracks out of my carpet.
The young man (I believe his name is Ryan) who came to our home was wonderful. Courteous, on time and professional. He did a really good job. I would give him an A+++ My son has your company clean at his business and that is how I heard about Zerorez. I have recommended you to several friends and they have also been pleased. In a couple of weeks I plan to have the top floor carpets cleaned. I just need a short break to get everything put back downstairs which is what i just had cleaned. What a relief to have this done and not have it turn into a hassle or a big mess! Thank you

The carpet looked great in the center, looks like you got the cat hair and everything, however, there was still cat hair along the walls. It didn't take long for me to brush it up, but a quick run around the edges before you left would have been great.

The carpets are really clean and I like that. What I dislike is the "educational" seminar. Having someone burn little fibers to tell me my carpet is nylon is a waste of time. I know what my carpets are made of as I bought them. I was really annoyed by this presentation. Fufther, showing me how the empowered water works is a waste of time. I have used you guys before and I know how it works or I would not have called you back. On repeat customers, just come and clean the carpets without the educational seminars.
