We've had a couple other companies "clean" our carpets the last several years. There is absolutely no comparison in the quality of work between them and Zerorez.

Our technician Chris Sorenson was great. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed us how it worked. You could see what it was doing as he was doing it and it appears to remove the dog smell that was in our carpet.

The quote you gave me on the phone was so off when you got to my house..I told you my room were very big and you quoted me $220, when you arrived it w as gonna be 527. If it was gonna be that much I would of never had you come out. So I only had you do 3 room and it was still $311.00. That's outrages for carpets. Way over prised. I will never go with you guys again. The only rea son I had you do my 3 rooms is because I didn't have time to call another company and wait another day.

The only thing I didn't know before they came to clean is that there was a $100 minimum for a carpet cleaning order. I wish they would have told me that up front
I'm not sure how you can make things right, except to refund my money. Your guy came on May 2 and my house still reeks. After he left, the carpet did not dry for almost 24 hours. I called your office about the terrible, musty, dank, gym-shoe smell that was left over in my house and received no call back. I called again and you sent a guy out who had no idea what he was doing. He kept having to call his supervisor to find out what to do. He sprayed a "disinfectant" down and raked my carpet. He said it would smell for a few hours "like a hospital" and that would take away the smell. The "hospital" smell lasted 2 days and then the ashtray/gym shoe smell returned. I have had to figure out what to do to remove the smell on my own, since I certainly don't trust that you can do anything about it. Besides that, all my furniture is moved back and I had a roommate move in - which is why I got the carpet cleaned in the first place. I will never use your services again. I want my money back. Seriously.
I like that you don't use any chemicals or soaps to clean the carpet. Your service was very professional, clean, and considerate of my time.

Maybe more communication as we had a little misunderstanding with price. The tech came in and said it was going to be $100 more dollars after he had measured it out, we then went over the bill that I had already signed that was measured out. It was no big deal just seemed like something he should have known on a commercial job and something maybe he should have brought up before he had already started cleaning.
I was actually thinking the tile would have been cleaner after he was done. I understand that the office that we moved into had not been cleaned in 7 years so the tile was dirty but was expecting a little better result. The tile is cleaner and does look better.
My carpet looks great and it was quick to dry. Isaias took care of the spots that had been a problem. Everything looks good! Thank you!
I like that they are all natural. This is the first time I've used zerorez and it's the cleanest my carpet has ever been!

some spots are still not clean
A young guy was sent to our house to do the job. He had been on the job three months and seemed a little lacking in confidence. He was very nice and very respectful and I think did an okay job on the cleaning. But he spilled chemicals on our grass which left a dead spot about 20" by 20". If this does not recover soon, we will ask Zero Rez to pay for re-sodding the grass.

For the most part, great attention to detail, however, there is one room that I'm not sure got completely clean.
