No chemicals
Carpet stayed wet for 2 days.
It was okay. But I will wait to see how long it last. My stain did not come out but got worse by pulling the stain up and staining more.

I like that you are environmentally aware of not using chemically laced products. With two dogs, that gives me piece of mind when they are rolling around on the carpet.
It just did not not seem any cleaner when he was done although it's older carpet I just thought it would come a little cleaner none of the stains came out and they were regular stains not red or grease before we moved in it was one little old grandma living there her whole life!

We had our whole house done and there were multiple rooms that had hair collected from the room wadded up. Also the creases in the stairs still had some debris that was there before the cleaning was done. I just thought at $5 a stair the whole stair should have been clean.

The outcome was great. The man who cleaned the carpets was kind, trustworthy, thorough and explained everything well. Our carpets look great. Stains are gone that I thought would be impossible to remove.

Green and not a ton of water
The carpet looks exactly the same as it did before cleaning. Dingy and dirty looking and spots came back. Also disappointed that there was no option to stretch out rippled carpet.
They have done the best job of any one that we have had come to clean our carpets.
I couldn't get enough of the demonstration the tech did with the water and iodine. I love the idea of no residue being left behind.

They are very quick, and do a good basic cleaning.
Jake, the technician, was very friendly and efficient. I had my air ducts cleaned and it took Jake no time at all to finish the job. The best part was that when I checked the cleaned ducts, they were spotless. Also, the location of the air ducts was very fresh and "clean."
