Professional, friendly staff, and hands down better carpet cleaning. Spots were removed from my carpet that other cleaners didn't resolve. The safe way they clean, and the end results were great.
The carpet cleaner was efficient and very nice. He also did a thorough job and explained everything he was doing and made suggestions if I wanted to do other things but was not pushy. It was a very good experience.

The radio advertisements and deals are so good, but they don't deal you have to have a minimum of $100 which I felt was deceiving. Also it doesn't tell you that if you want the cleaning solution on (for pet stains etc) it is also $50 extra per room. Also on our deal we were to get a tile floor steam cleaned for free and a coupon for two hours free of house cleaning and we didn't get either. The tech didn't have the proper tool to do the steam cleaning (and we only had a small bathroom that we were going to have done) and he didn't know about the coupon. But after saying that, he did give us a $20 credit after my daughter asked for it! And the Tech was very nice and did a very great job. We do like how it cleaned our carpet. We have wanted to try it for years. So it is pricey but it did do a good job. But a job that at first I thought would cost about $95 dollars when I called ended up costing over $200 and we didn't get our bonuses that were advertised. Thank You
Carpet was very nicely done. Technician was very nice and efficient.
I had my carpets cleaned back in December and was pleased and impressed that they were able to get all the dirt spots out. This time I was completely disappointed as I came in to look and said did you already clean this area and he said yes. All the dirt spots that were there before remained after. I took the before and after pictures and it was a great disappointment to pay that much money and feel like it was a waste of money.
The two guys that came were exceptional to work with! Fantastic customer service. I will defiantly be using zero Rez again!

Typically has been very good. Last technician not so great. Just not as helpful. On phone while working, which is not awful but awkward. Also, left a long line of a burn on my grass from equipment.

He was quick and efficient once he got here. He did an excellent job in cleaning both the carpet and tile. The only complaint I have is that when I made the initial appointment for about noon, you called and said he would be here about 3-3:45; however, he didn't get here until 5:30.
The guys were right on time and finished quickly. Our carpets were in pretty bad shape and look almost brand new. They turned out so much better than I expected. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
