I felt nickel and dimed by the time I received my receipt via email. I was told by the associate that cleaned my home that I had been charged the price quoted. Instead I was charged $30 more than quoted. It was sited as an extra landing on the stairs and and a small turn in the hallway. I have not been charged more for these areas by any carpet cleaning service in the past including zerorez. It is especially petty since I didn't have them clean inside any of my closets even though they were included in the service price. My closets are bigger than the other areas mentioned.
how clean the carpets feel after they are cleaned.
the carpets do not look clean and it appears like the master bedroom wasn't done at all. unfortunately, neither my wife or i were there at the time of the cleaning and the technician was paid by my sister in law who lives next door, but she did not come over to look at the job. the tech did not make any mention of how bad the carpets still looked or that he had any difficulties. We are very dissatisfied with the outcome and need have someone come again or get a refund of the $297 we were charged . the home is our rental at 16 S 750 E in American Fork, work was done on the 24th. Please have someone call us ASAP to discuss a solution. thank you

It works... Soap residue attracts more dirt, and that's why we prefer Zerorez.

My carpets are very clean. I don't have the crunchy soap feeling and my carpets stay clean longer. Great service every time.

I really like the jot Isaias did. My daughter had him as her tech when she lived here. The products are probably great but without an excellent tech to apply them,it wouldn't be as effective.

My appointment was several hours later than I requested, even after the scheduling representative said the time I requested would be no problem. Your customers have lives and need to have their time requests honored. Also, I got quite the chip in my door frame, not happy about that.

the carpet dries faster and seems clean to look at.
I like that there is no soap residue on the carpets. The real test will be to see if they stay cleaner longer than with the other carpet cleaners I usually use who do use soap.
