No chemicals, nice technician

I like that it doesn't use soap or harsh chemicals. The service man that came to my house (David Allred) was very friendly and cooperative with what I needed. I appreciated his demonstration of how Zerorez works and how it disinfects.

No soaps or additives. Leaves my carpet with a fluffy feel. Does not attract the dirt. on his last visit, I feel that more water could have been extracted better in certain areas. It took to long to dry.

Technician didn't clean under dining room table although all chairs and other furniture had been moved out of the way per your instructions. Multiple stains were left behind either not removed or completely untouched. I will never recommend your company and furthermore have left several negative reviews on Google, Angies List, the KSL website (where they endorse your company), and even posted pictures of the stains that remained on my carpet to facebook and warned all of my followers not to use your company. At this point, I have no confidence in your technicians, your cleaning process, or your companies customer service. The only way to make things right would be to refund my money or pay for another company to come back and actually clean my carpets. I have contacted the corporate office and at their request sent and e-mail including pictures of the many stains left behind but have not been contacted as to what this company is prepared to do to resolve the situation. I am thoroughly disgusted. I have used several different carpet cleaners over the last 20 years in various homes and even the worst ones did a much better job than I got with zerorez. In my estimation, the name says it all - a big fat zero!!

Pet treatment

You could keep your appointment when you make it. We had to wait an additional day with furniture on our lawn and patio because of your mistake in not keeping your appointment - it was very frustrating to add an additional 24 hours to our wait

The Technician was very professional with the project. The cleaning products seemed efficient. There were a few stains that the Technician reported before beginning might not be removable. The stained areas are better than before.

I appreciate that when I was unhappy about the carpet not drying and it smelling bad they came back and corrected it and were very nice about it.

My only complaint this time is the that your company vehicle leaked what looked like power steering fluid on our drive way, which we had to clean up. As for the carpets and tile, they look great!

I wanted to have a rug that was very dirty cleaned. The technician took it with him because it required a particular cleaning method according to the code attached to the back of the rug. The rug looks great now. It was returned to me in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service Zerorez offers.

I had my tile and grout cleaned in my kitchen. I wish I had taken before and after photo's because it doesn't look any different. My grout was a lighter gray and it was pretty dark and dirty before I had it done. Once the guy finished it took some time to dry and it looked the same. There were a few spots that came a little lighter but overall it still looks dirty. Also in some spots my grout cracked and came completely out. I was hoping when I spend that much money that it would look cleaner. It just looked like a nice mop job that I could've done myself. I definately will not pay for that again or recommend that anyone have it done.

We still have some brown color areas although it has somewhat lightened. Is that from the solution you use? I do have a recommendation that service people keep their booties on til they exit when they are finished. I have shoe prints on my hardwood floors. David was friendly and diligent.

Couldn't get most of my stains out and prices are high.
