First of all, Isaias M. was awesome! He was friendly, professional, knew his product and process and was able to explain it very well. He was on time and very thorough.
Then, our carpets have never looked better after a carpet cleaning!

Christian was very capable and explianed your system and products he was very professional and did an excellent job. I tried to give him a tip but he refused.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning when it was completed, but since it has dried overnight three or four of the seven areas appear to be not as clean as they seemed when the carpet was still wet. It took us a lot of time to move our furniture and I am hesitant to move it back with some stains returning. I would be nice to attempt to remove them agian.
