I was disappointed this time that you had a minimum of $100.00 - you've not required that before. I Usually only do 2 rooms at a time. Next time for carpet cleaning I'll probably use someone else where I only pay around $70.00. I love your steam cleaning - its the best, but now there are other steam carpet cleaners. Your workers are the best, very thoughtful and consious of my time.
quick and professional
The good job and nice technician.
Service technicians were excellent and careful in our home. They placed orange plastic corner protectors to prevent the hose from banging up the furniture and corners in our hallways. The carpet cleaning specials were reasonable, however the furniture cleaning prices were very expensive. Carpet and furniture looked wonderful when finished. We were most disappointed when we received a call from the scheduler 30 minutes before our appointment and were told the technicians were not going to be on time (we had the scheduled the first appointment on a Saturday morning). The 3 hour delay was a big disruption to our day.
This was my first experience with Zerorez.
Things that impressed me-
Good communication during the appointment set up process and on appointment date, clean/fresh smell, my furniture was clean, quick service. Great service by Juan; he was respectful, hard working, and appropriate. He was kind to my pets as well, which means a lot to me as a customer.
Areas of improvement-
When I called initially, it took me 3 times to actually connect with a person. The first two times, after waiting in que, I was disconnected. I seriously considered not calling back a third time.-Not a great first impression of a company.
Overall I am a satisfied customer.
No soap residue and my carpet is clean. Friendly service and they always do a good job.
Thorough, diligent in getting out the dirt, and you leave our carpets looking new again.
Christian was awesome, friendly, did great and a 10. The reason I gave a 5 is the scheduling, it's ridiculous. Initially I was told the afternoon so I scheduled leaving work at 12. I mentioned something to the rep when she called Wed and she talked to the manager and scheduled the 2nd appt. then scheduled the 3rd appt then I was told the 4th and would be called 1:15-1:45. A rep called at 1:30 and didn't have a time then called and said 4. My schedule at work is 8:30-4, so I could have worked instead of taking time off for not getting at least within a 2 hour time frame. I've never had my carpets cleaned in my current home. I still have stains, but possibly just wear and tear traffic stains. I was really looking forward to getting my carpets cleaned, but the scheduling was just too much of an issue for me.
Scotty did a great job and was very professional.
Environmentally Friendly
Your technicians are always professional, and generally go above and beyond to get my cream colored carpet clean. This is not an easy task with 4 children and a dog in the house. Anybody who can get red koolaid out of this carpet (from the previous owners!) will get my repeat business over and over. Plus, unlike other companies, my carpet feels SOFT when it is dry. None of that crunchiness.

Scheduling appointments and responding to customers.
I have been very happy with zerorez. One time I had to call them back on a matter and they came promptly and fixed everything to my satisfaction. I like their integrity in serving their clients.

The customer service when calling to setup the appointment was not great. My wife was very frustrated with the attitude and unhelpful demeanor of the rep on the phone.
Zerorez was very communicative when there was a problem arriving on time. When my tech arrived, he was very professional and thorough. It was a good experience
Call center was poor. The day I was scheduled, one of your technicians got hurt and things had to be re-arranged. I get that, but I had to call three times myself, and you didn't call me! Finally you admitted that you had "forgotten" to call me and keep me up to date, so I was waiting at home a long time. Then it was too late for me because I had another appointment, so had to go to the next day. Isaias was very nice and tried his best, but had not been informed (which I had told you) that we were on the 4th floor of a condo bldg., so that was a surprise to him. We negotiated for some extra tile cleaning; I thought the total he quoted me was for the entire shower (including walls) but turned out it was only for the floor. If I had seen the written invoice ahead of time, that misunderstanding could have been avoided. I thought the price for sealing the tile grout was a little high, but way too high since it didn't include the whole shower. Then afterwards, a stain he worked on was WORSE than before! Someone will be coming next Wednesday to work on that, hopefully can improve.
I like the way the carpet looks and feels after cleaning
Zerorez products do not contain harmful chemicals. I thought that the men who came to clean my carpets were very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that every area was cleaned to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.
You do a good job and are friendly, happy and pleasant while you work
A spot on the stairs was missed. I am still irritated each time I see it. Also, the main man, who said he was training the other one, paid no attention to the one who was doing the
cleaning. He spent the entire time talking to us.
It seems the cleaning was done so quickly that I wonder just how it could be clean.
For those reasons I am not completely satisfied and would have reservations recommending to anyone.
We were so pleased and impressed with the carpet cleaning job David and Jarem did this last week. Our carpet looked terrific and the men were so friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. We will call you again the next time we need a cleaning.
Scotty was my carpet cleaner. He was friendly, informative, offer me many services but I did not feel pressure by him to buy anything I did not want. He was good and I felt at ease with him in my home. I appreciate his clean well kept appearance. I would definitely love for him to return and do more for me. Experience could not have been better thanks to Scotty.
