My carpet always looks good afterward and the workers who come out to my home have always been friendly.
Tec was great
I like the carpet cleaning...but there is one spot that needs attention...worse than it was before! I feel that the prices for tile cleaning and sealing are exorbitant! There was residue on the tile that I had to remove after the job was finished...I am unclear what the residue was, and how to take care of the tile now. Do I use ammonia, clorox, just plain water...or what is best?
As far as the technicians went, they were both fine. Both were professional and Brady explained things well; both were courteous and pleasant. I was impressed with their efficiency, and promptness of arrival.
One question: I was told that they would return to remove any spots, in 6 months...but that did not appear on the invoice.

I was not super happy this time -
There were still spots on my carpet that they didn't get out
I wasn't told about the $109 minimum until t Nnnnb e technician got to my house. I had a coupon for $29/room. I had only 3 rooms cleaned and still paid $109. I am even more upset that I left one room to do later. With the $109 minimum- I will not be calling zerorez to clean that room

I was very impressed with the person that came to clean my carpets. It was a lot later than I had expected but they accommodating and willing to make it up with extra services. In my opinion, he saved the day for the company!

A service that we all need. I can feel the air flow stronger out of vents. The guys are great, very polite and good workers. I will tell all my construction companies I work with to get this done up front and it will help to sell homes.
