The entire experience was very positive, from the appointment setting, to the actual cleaning. Reagan was very helpful, kind, and professional. He explained things clearly and shared information with us that was really helpful. In addition, he was patient and even engaging with our children who were extremely interested in the process. We are thrilled with the quality of the cleaning, our carpets look and feel wonderful.
I've always been impressed with Zerorez, but this time there was a problem with the carpet drying. The techs were really great and friendly and efficient, however I had a few spots in my living room that took 24 hours to dry. Either they spilled some water or they didn't extract the water properly. They left my house before 10 am and by 10 pm when I touched these spots my hand came away very wet. My carpets do look great, but I was surprised and disappointed that this happened. It might make me hesitant to refer Zerorez because I wouldn't want this to happen to other people.

They complete the work efficient; Are very responsive to questions and setting up times that work for me; Love that they confirm appointment day a couple days ahead: they call before they come; Even my 20 year old carpets look great when they are done! And I have no worries about chemicals or residue left behind while I role around with my 1 year old grandson. I've been using Zerorez for 5 years now and will never go back to another company. Also a bonus when they do specials and discounts and their prices are very reasonable.

They thoroughly clean carpets and furniture and the men who do the work are very polite and caring about the customer's needs. I appreciate that there is no odor from the cleaner.
