The areas were cleaner than they have ever been
My only problem was estimates on time that carpet cleaner would arrive. Tied up my entire day.
I like the technicians and how fast and thourgh they are
Dean did a wonderful job cleaning several areas including our stairs. Unfortunately he could not service the dryer ve bjh t/duct due to the unusally narrow & turning opening that is located within the interior wall of our second story. Dean however took the time to change hoses to try to make it work, no fault on his part. He in turn did not charge us for the service or the time taken to attempt cleaning the vent. I would definitely recommend Dean & Zerorez.
Everything is clean
My suggestions don't arise to my most recent cleaning, its really my overall experience through the years. My biggest frustration is when I'm told I'm scheduling a morning appointment, and then I get the call a day or two before, telling me my appointment is in the afternoon. Also, I have found that ZeroRez spends much less time cleaning my carpets than any other company. Personally, it makes me feel that all the dirt isn't being pulled out. I personally equate that to the price. The companies that do it more thorough cost more.
The person that came the other day was very courteous and kind. He did a good typical job for ZeroRez.
Very informative information and happy there was no product used that would leave a residue.
Dean, the technician, worked very hard, was very thorough, polite, and informative.
I have been very hesitant to get my carpet cleaned due to past bad experiences. The next six

I would like someone to come back and put protectant on the chairs Dean cleaned. He had so many things going at the time he forget to do the chairs. He did a great job over all.

The service was great, professional, on time and super to work with i loved that the carpets weren"t soaking wet afterwards, it didnt smell like you just had the carpet cleaned, and the carpet didnt get "crunchy' when it dried. And my rooms look fantastic.
The carpet looks great and it only took about an hour to get two rooms and a set of stairs done.
The technician was very professional and knowledgable about the product and services being done. With a new baby in the home I felt confident in the natural chemical free process and the safety of my children.
Pricing is a little high but we love the result.
Well, must admit i was little surprised how wet the floor was, particularly because it was a couch that i paid to have cleaned. Additionally, in the future i would recommend against putting a soaking wet couch cushion on a person's bed to dry.
Your associate was prompt and careful with all the cleaning of my carpets. He was informed and could explain what needed to be done to clean the areas. My carpet had never be cleaned and he was able to leave it looking new again. I was pleased with the job he did.

Fast and efficient, but most of all my carpets look and feel so clean!
The appointment was at 4 pm for a big job. It took him four hours. It should have been scheduled earlier. He ran out of water in his tank and used my culinary water to fill it up so I should get some kind of refund for that. After he left I noticed many tiny leaves all over my wood floor and realized he had drug the hose across my sidewalk and got the dirt and leaves on it and then drug the hose through my home. I had to re vacuum all my carpet when it was dry and all my wood flooring. He cleaned a chair arm cover which is still dirty. Some spots are still in my carpet. I asked him to open the doors to closets to make sure the carpet in the thresholds got clean and some were not done. And he left puddles of water on my wood flooring that I had to dry off and a big puddle on my tile that my son almost slipped on. Sara Last name removed. Phone number removed.
