How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I sent another email, but even after 3 tries, that stain is not good. Don't know what we can do? I suggested putting a barrier between the carpet and the pad, but nobody seems to want to take my suggestion.....

The carpets and upholstery LOOK clean and FEEL clean. PLUS our technician Joseph was AWESOME. He did not arrive to our home till nearly 5 pm and stayed until the job was done. I offered to reschedule, as it was late, but he said he was fine to complete the job if I was.

I'm satisfied with the result. Carpets are clean, even high traffic areas look great.
They have great costumer service. The technicians were friendly and professional. They were upfront with the price. (No surprise fee)

Serviceman was on time and made sure I was happy with his work in each room as he finished it. He was able to get out a really bad spot in front of our fire place that I knew would lighten but didn't think that he would be able to get the whole thing out.

What could we do to improve?

The tech put out corner protectors downstairs, but not upstairs. I had just painted the walls and trim a week prior and the corners were completely damaged. I had to repaint trim and paint, which was not my favorite.

What do you like about our products and services?

The effectiveness of the cleaning process and the greater health of my family because of our cleaner carpets and because there is no chemical residue left from the cleaning. I'm always impressed with the courteous professionals who do the cleaning.

We like that there is no soap residue. It seams to stay clean longer. The tech was wonderful and the charge was just what they said it would be. Thanks very much for the great job you did!
