We still feel like we paid to much for the cleaning of our area rugs, even though they are wool.

The tile cleaning!
Our technician was suppose to arrive in the morning - they showed up in the afternoon. He did good work when he was there but we had poor communication this time around.
I have always been very pleased with Zerorez. My carpets have looked beautiful after. This time I had my chairs cleaned and am very dissapointed. A technician came back and cleaned them a 2nd time but they still have dark spots that were not there before. The chairs look dirty in those spots, especially where a persons head rests. I would not have upholstery cleaned again.

Air duct cleaning was fantastic. We recently purchased our home, that is about 40 years old. I am fairly sure the air ducts have never been cleaned before...they were awful. I have had allergies since I moved in. But after they cleaned, they already seem to be better! We got two areas of carpet cleaning for free and that was awesome! Awesome! I love how our carpets feel soft after they have dried and not crusty. And the carpet cleaning is chemical free, which is comforting when you have a toddler running around. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone and use them again.

I like the fact there is no chemical smells to deal with as I have a number of allergies to strong smells. I really like Isahia Melchor as a cleaning tech. He is fast but very thorough. My carpets look like new when he is through. I have had him clean my carpets for 3 or 4 times and I am always well pleased. He is courteous, friendly, and very business-like in his dealings.
That they dry quickly. That the technicians were punctual according to appointment time I was booked for. That technicians took time to explain things to me.
You came out to re clean my couch and chair. It did not make it any better. Although I appreciate the effort to come back and try to make it better, I still do not think that your product is meant to clean upholstery. My carpets were fine. I just won't use you again for upholstery.

Great job cleaning. Nice men doing the work. Careful about wearing shoe covers.
My only complaint is that the grout sealant left a film on all of the floor, and we had to mop it twice to get it off. But it looks great now.
The service was excellent, the carpets came out beautifully and the carpet dried quickly.
The cleaning was scheduled for noon and though I was kept informed it was 5:30 before he came. He stayed until 8:30 and had to come back at 7:30 the next morning. I missed a whole day of work waiting for him the first day and then had to miss half a day the next day for him to finish. I felt like he rushed to get it done and maybe didn't do as good of a job on some of the rooms as had been done before when you came. He was packed up to go and realized he had missed a small room. He spent only 5 min. to do it. I have 1 room I am really unhappy with. When I told him I thought it wasn't done well he said it was because the carpet was nylon and spots wouldn't come out. We are selling our house and need it to look the best it can. Some of the things he didn't get up I was able to scrape up with my finger nail and should have come up with a few swipes of the wand.

The carpet really seems to be clean and stay clean. There is "zero rez" as the company claims.
