The tech with clean and kind. He did a great job and we did not feel like he was trying to hurry and get done so he could get out of here but neither did we feel like he was lingering too long.

What could we do to improve?

The tech was very nice and did a good job, except he spilled some water by my front door and didn't wipe it up. Also, he didn't wipe up the excess pre-wash chemical that got on my real wood kitchen floor. Attention to small details would go a long way in upping customer satisfaction.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician was very nicely and professional but the cleaning was ineffectual - actually, it looks a bit worse now. The dirt, instead of being evenly distributed over the carpet, is now in very visible stripes - clean, dirty, clean, dirty. I thought what I was seeing was just the various wet areas but now that it's dry, I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with it. I think we'll just live with it since we list our house for sale this weekend. However, particularly considering the amount I spent, I was hoping for better results.
